Went for the first time in 5 years. What a disappointment. Service was slow and rude. Prices OMG don't let me get started. Selection was okay but not a lot to choose from. What I did get tasted old and not fresh. Lady behind the counter seemed to get mad when I sat down at one of the tables and then said (in Spanish) bet he makes a mess and that will be more work for me clean up. I made it a point to show her I left my table clean.

Donuts are donuts. Pricing online is not the same as displayed in store, so I purchased online. Person at counter didn’t want to accept the order and called their manager over and over (who would forward their call). Eventually he called back and told her honor the order. She then told me she’d short my dozen — theirs are supposed to be 14 but she was doing a true dozen.

The girl that work tonight around 7 had the worst customer service ever when we walked into the building she looked at us like what the hell are y’all doing here I mean, isn’t she paid by the hour? It’s because of customers the reason why she gets a paycheck so maybe giving her some more coaching on customer service would definitely help her keep this job worst customer service ever
