The girl that work tonight around 7 had the worst customer service ever when we walked into the building she looked at us like what the hell are y’all doing here I mean, isn’t she paid by the hour? It’s because of customers the reason why she gets a paycheck so maybe giving her some more coaching on customer service would definitely help her keep this job worst customer service ever

Donuts are great but avoid anything else. Service is poor, staff poorly trained. Quite possibly the worst breakfast burrito ever. Go only for donuts just expect service to be pretty poor.

Everytime I come in here the Mexican guy has a horrible attitude …. Has his nerve to raise the price on a half dozen which is only 6 donuts to $12.99 shame on him and the rest of the staff …….I won’t be back and if you catch them on a day where they are short staffed 90% of employees can’t even speak English never go here save your time and money

It's hard to order when the employees barely speak any English. They don't even know which donuts are what. I got home and of course half of them were wrong.

This is a classic donut shop. It’s a great option in the valley and the sunnies are real good. The array of classics plus the cronut makes this place a go to. The glaze is just the right density and fluffiness. 7.8/10

I just went out, I ordered a chorizo burrito and it was practically pure egg, almost no chorizo, I asked for green juice and they didn't have it, there was no orange juice, there was no strawberry at all. They didn't have avocado, I HONESTLY DON'T KNOW WHY THEY'RE OPEN IF THEY DON'T HAVE ANYTHING IN THE STORE.

Winchell’s Donut House on Warm Springs is a great location for donuts, coffee, bagels, with Subway open 24-7. First time to this location. Picked up donuts on the way to work. Awesome selection of donuts from old-fashioned donuts, filled donuts, twists, sprinkles, apple fritters, cinnamon rolls, bagels, sandwiches and many more. Steady flow of people. The inside was clean. The service from Yaslenia was good, she was polite and patient with me while picking out the donuts I wanted. I like the 14 donuts special that includes Twists, Bars and Jellies that is a deal! Donuts were fresh and my colleagues were happy. My favorite kind of donut is a regular glazed Twist, so yummy! I also enjoyed the Iced Caramel Coffee. When in the area stop by for some donuts or even a sandwich from Subway.
