Horrible experience from beginning to end. Tried to call several times in advanced for a reservation for a large party and there was no answer. So we showed up and they were upset that they had to accommodate to a larger party. Finally was seated and our server, Michelle, seemed irritated from the start. Was not very attentive and rude each time she talked with us. We let her know from the beginning that we needed slip checks and it was no big deal. Then, when it was time for the split checks, she didn’t mention to the whole party that gratuity was included, so most of us double tipped. Also, she tried to charge us for items we didn’t order or receive. Atmosphere was beautiful, (if you’re not seated outside on a windy day) but not worth overpriced food and rude service.

Wineaux is one of those places you instantly want to come back to.

The wine selection is thoughtfully curated — whether you’re a casual wine drinker or someone who really enjoys learning about what’s in your glass, this place hits. Every recommendation I’ve gotten has been spot-on, and you can tell real care goes into what they pour.

Huge shoutout to Cindy, the manager, who sets the tone for the entire place. She’s welcoming, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first visit. And Sean, the sommelier, is incredible — knowledgeable without being pretentious, happy to explain, and clearly passionate about wine. His suggestions elevated the whole experience.

The vibe is relaxed but elevated, perfect for a date night, a catch-up with friends, or just grabbing a great glass after a long day. Wineaux nails that balance of quality, atmosphere, and hospitality.

Easily one of my favorite wine bars — can’t recommend it enough.

It’s January 13, 8:50 PM right before they’re going to close. And let me tell you they were just so sweet. I think he was the manager so nice and accommodating and created such a great vibe. His suggestions on wine were perfection. He was playing some Luther Vandross, which I love. It’s a Tuesday night and everybody was just having a good time. I will definitely be back. I love a place that is that Balance of being accommodating, but giving you your own space. My favorite part Was when everybody was kind of nodding their head to the music, drinking wine and having great conversation.. I’ll definitely be back.😊

Beaitiful decor. Daniel was a wonderful bartender/somm to interact with and decide which wine I was in the mood for. Friendly service is ALWAYS important. The beet salad was mild and delicious. Perfect tapas size. I like this place, I'll be back!

Tried this place for the first time. Sat out ok tht patio and got to watch the sunset behind tht mountains. Our server made great wine recommendations and the good was amazing. It made for a very chill night

Such a cute place to eat and drink. My friend and I visited Wineaux and we loved each second. The weather was perfect to sit in their patio. The foods and drinks were amazing!!! Both servers were so nice throughout the whole experience. Such a lovely addition to Durango Uncommons.

Unique spot. Very comfortable wine bar. Great wine list and nibbles. We enjoyed the shrimp cocktail and artisanal cheese board. Excellent service, too.

This little gem is so cute and the wine selection is amazing. The staff is so friendly from the hostess to the servers. Ashley is awesome she told us all they have to offer gave us great recommendations and keot our wine glasses full.
