Excellent service and great atmosphere, we came here for the Imperial Peking Duck and it didn’t disappoint, by far the best Peking duck I’ve had in the USA, the skin was crispy and the meat was tender, 5 stars.

My favorite Chinese restaurant in the Americas. I recommend the roast duck and the dumplings.
The staff is super friendly and the place is cozy.
Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas.
I celebrated my birthday and they surprised me with a complimentary cake.

Would give a 3.5 if possible given food quality VS price, but they are nice and kind.

Their red braised dongwu pork is unique and tastes pretty good, but the rest you can get for bout 1/2 price. Didn’t have anything MP or seafood specific though, so maybe those are better

How did they even get 1 michelin star back then??? Really questioning it. I've had Peking ducks all over the world and while their Peking duck is edible and maybe acceptable in American standards but it's a fail in my books (But still better than all of the "Peking" duck places in LA). The skin is not crispy enough. The duck is Feels more like an in between of HK roasted duck and peking duck.

When the peking duck was brought to the table, the color itself is already off. Too much seasoning. Meat color was on the darker side which means it's a little bit dry. The way they cut it is questionable as well. Out of the entire duck, they only cut 4 skin for me on my plate. The rest were served on the plate as "duck". The way they cut it is not something I expect from a michelin star restaurant. See photos.

Their thin pancakes and buns for the peking duck are good though.

Dishes lacked wok hei (very important in cantonese cuisine). Go to Win Kee Cafe off the strip, they make better food with wok hei for 1/10 the price. If you want to charge these prices, please make sure your food tastes like this price.

Ambience is nice, service is great but food isn't good enough to make me want to come back. Food is more modern like MOTT 32. If you're into modern chinese, this is the place for you but if you're looking for a more traditional cantonese food experience, I'd suggest Blossom at Aria. Don't waste your money or stomach space.

Wow—just WOW! Wing Lei was hands down one of the best meals we've had in a long time. Every single dish that came out was absolutely spectacular. We started with the Wing Lei Sampler, which included King Crab Salad, BBQ Spare Ribs, and Shrimp Toast—each bite was better than the last. The Fried Prawns with Candied Walnuts were crispy, sweet, and addictive, and the General Tao’s Chicken was perfection—crispy, flavorful, and incredibly well-balanced.

I also had the Seven Sages of Bamboo Grove cocktail, and let me tell you—it was a total experience! The mix of Haku Bamboo Vodka, Jasmine Pearl Tea, Sichuan Pepper Honey, Passionfruit, Lemon, Persimmon, and Sichuan Gold Dust was unlike anything I’ve ever had. It had a touch of spice but was also incredibly refreshing at the same time—I can’t even explain it!

From the impeccable service to the luxurious ambiance, Wing Lei exceeded all expectations. If you’re in Vegas and looking for an unforgettable dining experience, this is the place.

I truly and genuinely love this place oh so much. I was able to visit the first time this past weekend with my boyfriend and the ONLY thing I quite literally have to complain about is their extremely rude and condescending bartender MARK. My partner and I decided to wait a few moments at the bar while our table was being prepared. For whatever reason he was truly nasty to me the entire time not towards my boyfriend at all just me. Definitely weird and threw off the ambiance of our night. I loved everything but him I truly hate he ruined the atmosphere for us.

Service and food were quite good. I was super disappointed though. We went for the Peking duck. After carving tons of meat left. I joked can we have the carcass? He said no and laughed. That was fine. But later the hostess was showing me the way to the restroom and I saw a big impressive soup bowl and asked what it was. She said it’s a soup they make after they carve the Peking duck. That was the moment when my dinner went from 5 stars to 4 stars. Was that other table eating my duck? I’ll never know.

Treated ourselves to this wonderful restaurant for our anniversary. We expected good food but at an insane cost, so we had planned to just share an appetizer and an entree. That is what we ordered, but we ended up having so much more! The meal started with a complimentary cinnamon tea and an unbelievable salmon amuse-bouche. We then ordered the Peking duck with greens—by far the best salad I’ve ever had—and the Wing Lei sampler. Our entre was the Chili Prawns (super spicy but so good) and then the staff brought out a complimentary petit fours tower, an anniversary yuzu dessert, and then sent us home with two almond cakes. Our 25th anniversary dinner was amazing from start to finish—and the cost ended up being extremely reasonable compared to other high end restaurants we have tried. Highly recommend!

Fantastic food, great service however the atmosphere lets it down a little. Maybe just my preference but the main restaurant is a large open space which is bright and can feel a little like a food hall. The hostesses are polite but it was frustrating to be told to come early for our reservation because they are not that busy and then have to sit at he bar and wait while there were many empty tables. The bar staff were great, welcoming and very knowledgeable.

Having said all of that the food is amazing and we come back because of that.
