This restaurant was amazing! The duck was incredible as were the appetizer ribs. I would suggest going with a lot of people so you can try a lot of different things! It is also great to visit if you are going to the sphere!!

I had the tasting menu at Wing Lei, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. Every item was meticulously prepared, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The flavors were refined and balanced, showcasing true culinary mastery.
The dining room itself is stunning — elegant, serene, and visually striking. It’s one of the most beautiful restaurant spaces in Las Vegas, if not anywhere. The service is unparalleled: attentive, gracious, and perfectly timed without being intrusive.
I’ve dined at Wing Lei several times, and somehow, each visit outshines the last. The consistency and attention to detail are remarkable. Quite simply, it’s the best Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to. Between the incredible food, exceptional service, and breathtaking ambiance, there’s nothing more you could ask for.

I came with tempered expectations skeptical of how good a Chinese restaurant can be in the US (they can often be good or decent, but are rarely stellar). I was pleasantly surprised--having dined at Michelin-starred restaurants in Hong Kong, I would say this is comparable if not better. Peking Duck was excellent, one of the best I've had. Dim sum platter was also very well done. The other dishes we ordered (green beans, fried rice, the vegetarian gardein chicken stir-fry) were also good though not particularly noteworthy. Don't skip dessert - the pomegranate cake was wonderful. Fantastic service by Roy and the team. A truly memorable dining experience, exceptional even in Vegas where premium dining is everywhere.

Absolutely recommend Wing Lei at the Wynn! My husband and I went for our anniversary dinner and the experience was amazing! Service is top notch- always refilling your water, checking on you, explaining dishes etc. They even give you a chair for your purse! We shared potstickers, sweet and sour chicken, general tso chicken and rice. Everything from the food, to the wine and desserts was superb!

I wrote this review after being solicited via email for input from the restaurant - I spent my time giving them my input and they did not bother to acknowledge it, let alone discuss it. I guess they are only looking for accolades. My wife and I had dinner there to celebrate a birthday and we were staying at the Encore. The restaurant is beautiful and the service was OK. First, the price is outrageous - BUT expected. Food bill was over $200 for 2, and the total bill with wine was $400.
The food; IMO you could go down the street to Chinatown and get way better food for half (the food) cost (of course not in this setting).
The sweet and sour soup - totally lacked sweet and sour - bland. The shrimp rolls, nothing special. Sliced beef shank with pork ear lacked something. Grilled soy marinated sea bass was good but not worth sixty bucks - any good Chinese restaurant makes the same. The kicker was the fried rice - the worst I have ever had in a chinese restaurant. Yang Chow Fried Rice was supposed to have shrimp ,BBQ pork - a microscope would not find any and the taste - there was none - bland - tasteless, no character whatsoever ($30). When the waiter asked if we wanted to box the almost uneaten fried rice - I said do not pack it, it was terrible - no response from anyone from the restaurant asking how our meal was. Actually, one of the worst Chinese meals I have had in what is supposed to be a stellar restaurant.
Yes, the restaurant is beautiful but IMO - they are sitting on their Michelin Star.

My group got the tasting menu.
The food was clean, above the ordinary, unique, and memorable. Even something like the broth was very pure.
The environment was lively and very nice. I really like the fancy gold decor. The colors look better in person.
The wait staff was extra attentive. I never had to call them for anything. Also, they answered my goofy questions with glee.
At the end, I appreciated the little to-go cakes.
If you're reading this, you're going to have a good time.
Also, the tall waitress is absolutely stunning and breathtaking :3

Food was mediocre and should have been warm/hot when served. Waiter disappeared and didn’t come back to pour wine which was away from our table. Imperial duck was good, consommé that came with it was lukewarm. Not worth $400 for 2 people not including the wine we ordered plus tip
