I ordered the sampler and a order of wings to go and received someone else's order. I immediately contact the location placed on hold have left messages since my visit and been told someone would get back to me and a week later still nothing.

The fries were good. The service was prompt. The sampler platter was the driest wings I’ve ever had. The pork and boneless were dry as well. The lemon flavor was extremely salty.

I just stopped in for something quick to eat. Got the snack wings, tossed in Southern Hotties sauce. Sauce has a bit of a kick to it. Just the way I like it. Service was great, friendly, and quick.

My husband and I would watch the football games every Sunday prior to new ownership. Food was always AMAZING. They had a secret sauce menu with dozens of sauce recipes that were delicious and different from any other wing spot around. We recently visited again since the new ownership has taken over and I’m sad to say that the food definitely wasn’t the same. We wanted to order wings with our favorite wet sauces from the “secret sauce menu” and we were told they no longer served from those sauces. We tried some of the sauces on the regular menu and we were very disappointed. I hope they bring the old sauce menu back because like I said earlier that definitely gave wing nutz a huge advantage from other restaurants.

3 stars for the friendly and clean environment but the wings were just not hitting all that right. Almost seems like the wings inner meat was a bit tough, soggy and kinda bland like. The outside coated sauce was decent but it also had a hard time fusing with the rest of the wing.

What happened to this place and it's atmosphere:( My boys and I have been going to this place for two years now and this would have been the third. Today we went and what a different place this has turned out to be. The TVs were not set up to the speakers, the staff were not ready for patrons who were going to watch tonights game. While the waiter who was helping us today was good, there is a huge difference in the atmosphere. Before, you would walk into this place and the staff were full of energy and smiles. My boys who have loved going here asked to leave before half time because they felt the difference. I used to have to drag them out. This really sucks because this place is so close to my home but if this is the new way that this place is going, I will be taking my money somewhere else. To be fair to this facility, the Cubans who are in the kitchen make wings better than any other place I have ever eaten anywhere. As a business owner myself, hospitality will either make you or brake you, I hope that this post opens up the eyes of ownership. Please know that many of my clients have came here based on my telling them about this place. As of now, I can't do this in good faith. I hope the owner takes this to heart and not personal.

FOOD IS AMAZING!! I don’t know how this place is only a 4.3 stars..
My bf had the bone in chicken wings grilled.. two different flavors. He said they were so good.. I got the pull pork sandwich with Mac and cheese on the side. Soooo bomb. I had the bbq on the side. Had honey BBQ.. we also had those potato chips, that are thick / thin slices of actual potatoes. So good. I forgot to take a pic of the food before. But this is the result of my man eaten these wings up.

My worst experience yet using Uber Eats. From the minute I brought the bag inside it reeked of dirty, old frying grease! I ordered two separate sauces, lemon pepper and jerk. The order consisted of all jerk, sloppy wrapped together in aluminum foil. But overall the worst part was the smell. Gross! Don't be cheap. Change your frying grease!
