Ordered my onions and fries crisp, got soggy fries, and onions were not cooked, so I had to pick them off the Philly cheese steak sandwich was not easy to do. Was charged for someone else ticket, now I get to go home and if it’s not fixed call on the phone, if they can’t cook the food right or charge it right, means I e might have a problem gettIng the money put back. It should not be the customers problem when things are done wrong. The resort said it was a great place don’t believe them it sucks. Maybe these places stop having customers they will have to close down and the next places reads the comments of the customers and do a better job.

So I'm currently sitting at the bar and I have been waiting now for 15 minutes. There are
two bartenders and the only other two customers left 5 minutes ago. 10 minutes ago, I was served food. What have the bartenders done? After serving my food one started eating and scrolling on her phone. Since then, both have been talking. Let's see what management thinks about it.

This is 2nd visit—1st one was for chef salad at dinner last week and husband had yummy hot wings and fries w/celery , carrots blue cheese—outstanding service and food. Today veggie omelette;husband had Denver omelette. Again— service fantastic, food outstanding and plentiful and price so reasonable. Posting photo of Denver Omelette breakfast

Wings hit the spot. Lemon pepper and mango habanero were fire! Everything was delicious, even the breakfast burrito (bacon and egg) my daughter had was very good!

Went here for late night dinner/ snack at 9:30 at night. It took 40 minutes to get 6 wings & a small side salad to the table. Though The waitress apologized as she brought us the food, she didn't come talk to us the whole entire 40 min wait. No drink refills or anything. We would have canceled the order if we could have.
The flavor of the wings was very mid & the wings were WAY over cooked. I ate 3 of them & threw away the rest. So I essentially paid $26 for a side salad, a water, & 3 wings. & that was with a 10% discount she gave us for the wait. I definitely won't be back to eat here but considering it's the only food option nearby for this time share location, we didn't have much of a choice

OMG - these are THE BEST DAM WINGS I have ever tried! I will NEVER go back to Wing Stop after visiting Wing Nutz.

Great beer options! The food was terrible. I ordered 18 wings with French fries. The food took 45+ minutes to arrive and when I asked the waitress to cancel my order and just pay for the beer the food finally arrived. Understanding the restaurant was not even at full capacity, there were probably 20-25 customers and the bar was empty with only “to-go” customers. When the food was delivered to my table the wings were fried too hard and had pieces of chicken that were too hardened and sharp that posed a choking hazard. I called a manager over and showed him the food, he understood and comped my beer and took 50% off of my bill with was very kind. Unfortunately it didn’t stop there, because after handing the manager my credit card to pay, he charged my credit card to the wrong bill and I paid for another table. So the manager had to reverse the transaction, and re-charge my credit card for the appropriate amount. This was my first time at this establishment and I most likely will not be returning again due to the poor experience here. The only positive thing I can say is I’d drink beer here and watch tv, but I would not eat here. I’d eat before I come to a place like this. Stay safe!
