Worst wingstop, EVER!! Maria, and Sylvia were the rudest employees, ever!!! I asked them for the sauce that came with my promotion and they proceeded to want to charge me and laugh on the back little school girls. Very unprofessional and childish!! Kate, who stated she was the general manager, apologized and said would speak to them both, they kept acting like angry employees while I waited for my food. I'll never go to this location again. Will make sure and share this information with my friends and family!! Shame on wingstop for hiring such unprofessional and childish women.

Boneless wings are really nice as were the chicken strips. The chips were a bit tasteless and were just ‘ok’. Staff were friendly and location was clean and tidy. Quite a lengthy wait of 18-20 mins but we were told this when we paid so didn’t mind waiting and it was nice to be told. Think this is normal for wingstop as we went to another one whilst in Vegas and had to wait around the same time. Would recommend and would return.

This was my second time at this location. employees were obviously new or being trained so ill give them that ,but chicken was over fried or refried,yet somehow the fries were undercooked and dry.
I would also recommend that the company use reusable fry baskets and liners, instead of giving those thick giant bags for dine in guests as well. Its wasteful and you cant recycle the greasy bags in the end

Kid-friendliness: There were a couple of families with their young children ,ages 1-4,enjoying thier meals

From out of town came to pick up an order spent $50 can’t even use the bathroom. I was told to order first this place is ridiculous. I will never be back. told the woman that I already ordered and I needed to use the restroom. She still just ignored me. This is how you lose customers specially people visiting the great city of Las Vegas.

The time/ management and all the Spanish employees there think this is Mexico but only they’re not fast workers. They take a long time to make your food five minutes is 20 minutes. And the manager (lali) if that’s her real name called me racial slurs. Along with the rest of them, I actually can understand a little Spanish they didn’t know that.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Waited 20 minutes for 10 boneless wings. One other customer in front of me. No fork, no napkins, my celery was not in my bag and when I asked an employee for it and ranch she said “that’ll be $1.61” and walked back into the kitchen before I respond. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I submitted an order online for two sandwiches, two sides, and two drinks. The estimated time for pickup was 16-22 minutes. It took 32 minutes for the to staff to fulfill this order. I’m glad that I checked my bag before I left because I had to go back inside to get the dipping sauces that they forgot. For $20, the bread shouldn’t be stale, and the service shouldn’t be this dreadfully slow.
Of course, there was no receipt in the bag. (Insert eye roll here.)

Seriously, this place is dreadfully mediocre in the quality of food and service is poor. It’s too bad that there isn’t a better restaurant in this spot that actually uplifts the neighborhood.

I will never be back.
