Disappointed & Disgusted!! I ordered A 10 Peice There Was 6 Wings . My fries which They Barely Gave Me ANY !! Had water in them so they was all drenched . From veggie sticks there was so much water I’m completely unsatisfied and disturbed . I’m 8 months pregnant and really wanted my food this is crazy they need to be shut down .

Poor customer service Daniella was VERY rude I asked are you having a great night and she just seemed like she hated her job I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager I spent over $40 dolllars of food told her to keep the change she has very bad customer service if you hate your job find another one cause she is very unprofessional

As a frequent customer of the chain, I was very insulted by the associate that was extremely rude! I really had to use the lavatory before ordering my meal and was told very rudely that I couldn’t bc I hadn’t ordered yet. I told her my husband was right behind me and will order. This started a back and forth with the associate who made a point to tell me no, making it very weird. So, when my husband walked in we became very irritated and took our business elsewhere. We’re from the county and do not live near this location. It’s an upcoming but still underprivileged area, but DOES not give a representative of a Fortune 500 company the right to treat people from the neighborhood like less than! You need to train employees in a certain level of tact to keep the Brand name intact! Every client that walks through that door is a potential loyal consumer and should be treated as one. Whatever the policy you have, don’t make people feel discriminated against bc of the location and definitely do not attempt to bring your ego to work as you are in a service industry.Just my feedback. I hope better training goes on at this location.
I usually like this place the wings were trash they were dry and this weird taste like old wings , this the 2nd time I order Louisiana voodo fries with no sauce on them this is by the far most disgusting wing stop I’ve been to!

Personally I love Wingstop like most people, but this encounter made me really rethink my love for the place. I love to come to this location since it’s convenient for me and my family. We’ve had small problems with this location but overall could handle it, until today. Today made us realize that the workers, location and people paying to get food here weren’t so desirable. Workers seem to hate their job. Did not even try to fake it till they got done taking our order, already an unpleasant situation. Now the location seems to look welcoming from all the bright lights but it looks like trouble out to strike just outside the doors of the establishment. Unfortunately, just across from us and our table there was a huge mess that the workers just seemed to admire instead of cleaning it up. It’s your job, no? But overall not a pleasant experience.
