Having visited this Wingstop location regularly since it opened, I’ve experienced its ups and downs. Initially, the service was highly inconsistent, with frequent order errors, missing items, and wait times often exceeding the estimated delivery by 30 minutes or more. I provided feedback multiple times to help address these issues, and I’m pleased to report that over the past eight months from the time of this review, this location has shown remarkable improvement.
Recent visits have been a stark contrast to the past. Orders are now consistently accurate, with all items included as requested. Pickup times have become much quicker, and the staff is noticeably friendlier, creating a welcoming atmosphere. These changes reflect a clear effort to enhance the customer experience, and I commend the team for their progress.
However, one persistent issue remains: the fries. Despite ordering them extra crispy, they often arrive soggy and undercooked, unlike the perfectly prepared fries at other Wingstop locations in town. If this location can address the fry preparation, it has the potential to be among the best. Keep up the improvements, and please fix the fries!!

I’ve visited this Wingstop location over 20 times, and unfortunately, every experience has been marred by significant delays. Orders are consistently delivered 10 to 15 minutes late, with some instances far exceeding this. On my most recent visit, I waited over 35 minutes past the promised time in the parking lot, despite the restaurant appearing fully staffed. Staff informed me of an additional 15-minute wait, which extended further.
The situation worsened as I later learned, after a total wait of two hours, that the restaurant was prioritizing morning preorders, and my order would take another 20 minutes. This was unacceptable, especially with over 20 customers waiting in the lobby. I requested an immediate refund due to the excessive delay.
I’ve raised this issue with management multiple times, but no improvements have been made from order times to missing items. The consistent delays and lack of resolutions have led me to stop patronizing this location. I cannot recommend this Wingstop to others until these operational issues are addressed.

This Wingstop is excellent! The food was not drenched in grease like other ones are and the lady who took our order (tania) was very pleasent and welcoming! She really made the experience in this location outstanding! ✨

Was wanting some chicken, decided to give this place a try but they don't accept cash so I left and will never step foot into another one, Definitely not impressed I'll get chicken somewhere else....with better service

The wings are always great but the drinks are always messed up. When I order through Uber eats. It's not consistent. I don't recommend ordering drinks. If you're going to order from here. They don't know what they're doing

The food was great, especially the ranch, and the service was friendly and quick.
Unfortunately, there were no open seats for dining in, and it was pretty loud inside. Waiting for our food outside was frustrating, but overall, it was a positive experience. It would be beneficial to improve seating availability.

Okay. First time at Wing Stop and have to say the wings are so much better than competitors. The issue I had was trying to navigate their online ordering website. Not user friendly, so I gave up and called only to get robot that also could not understand what I was ordering. I finally just drove to store and ordered over the counter. The kid at the register was really nice and told me that if I call in the order I should just push "0" and it will transfer my call to a live person at the store. At any rate, the food was really good. Had 3 types of wings with fries and veggies. Have to question tho, why so skimpy on veggies? I ordered for three people and just got a handful of the celery and carrot sticks.

Nev3r again . I ordered boneless chicken. 1 set of 8 boneless and 1 set of 20. 2 flavors for the 8 and 4 flavors for the 10. Obviously that mathematics was confusing, as well. We received 3 baskets of several little pieces spit into 2 flavors??? What? . None of the 3 baskets were labeled. We've never had a meal here. What flavor was what?? How come the eight pieces had the same amount of chickens in it as the 20 pieces. Whose order was whose. I couldn't tell them apart? So pissed. Some of the sauces barely covered them and
barely mixed. After picking at each meal trying to figure it out we were so confused and grossed out as well as disappointed. $33... Wasted my money. They went in the garbage. Plus they were kind of cold anyway. Gross!

Came in here for an online pickup, they told me my order was almost ready so I took a seat. After 15 minutes of waiting, I walk up to the counter to ask for an update and my order has already been sitting there for quite some time without my knowledge. When I made a comment to the employee at the front about the lack of communication, he then snaps at me in the rudest manner and told me I should’ve listened when they called out the name. How rude of an employee to speak to a customer that way! I come here frequently and I will not be returning. So glad they opened another location nearby because this one is awful. Extremely unprofessional and it left the worst taste in my mouth. Very disappointed in your service Wingstop.
