So my 1st experience initially sucked..I literally only ordered 2 lrg fries & a ranch in which they told me it was ready but it wasnt so I had to wait an Xtra 5min for them, just to get it & they managed to mess that up some how. But Donna/Danna the manger came & over excelled on her customer service..making sure to keep true to her promise of making it right the next time I came in & SHE DID..I would have given them a 1 star.. but due to her calm & satisfying help, it made it worth a 5 star. Thank you againšš½

Iāve ordered bone in wings, wedges and veggies 3 times. Wings were cooked crispy just how I like them. Wedges were hot and fresh as well. The only issue Iāve experienced has been with the veggies. Theyāre not very fresh and they give a small amount.
Other than that, so far so good.
I have ordered takeout bone-in wings from this location several times, and aside from one misstep, I have had excellent experiences. The misstep I mentioned occurred when I ordered a combination plate of buffalo mild and lemon pepper wings; the mild wings didnāt have any sauce on them, and the restaurant closed shortly after I ordered them, so I couldnāt take them back.
A few days later, I called and spoke to manager Nessa about the mild wings being sauceless, and she was pleasant and understanding. She offered me a credit for a future order. I used the credit and spoke with an employee who said Wingstop changed the recipe, so they cook the wings so the buffalo sauce soaks in. The employee put some extra buffalo sauce into my order, and even with the sauce, it still didnāt taste as good as when the wings came saturated with buffalo sauce.
I placed another order and inquired about the new way they make the buffalo mild wings from a female employee, and she said Wingstop hasnāt changed anything, but the employees arenāt making it right.
I loved the way the mild wings came saturated with sauce before, and I am not fond of the ā let the sauce soak inā approach. Therefore, I will order all lemon pepper wings until they return to the wet buffalo mild wings.
I ordered mild buffalo wings at a different location, and they were the tasty, wet, mild wings I love, so there must be a learning curve in the kitchen here. Regardless, all the staff I encountered have been pleasant, and itās not killing me not to eat the mild wings. This restaurant is still five stars despite the learning curve in the kitchen. I will continue to eat their scrumptious lemon pepper wings in the meantime.
Over priced wings and they were small. Waste of time going there.
They say they except debit but kept running my card as credit so it wouldn't go through even though that card works everywhere that excepts debit. Also the air conditioner is not cool enough in the customer area.
Customer service is terrible just a bunch of young kids behind the counter
Order was made but the Dasher took the food because they can't get in the gate they made it right but unfortunately it came back cold but to tell you that they corrected this on the utmost level is an understatement they are amazing and I will be a return Customer because of the manager1
The female mananger currently working on12. 03.24 at 2: 30 needs better customer service skills( or training). Learn to ask questions before saying what you can't/ won't do when it comes to working with another company for an event. You cost your "franchise" money because of you lack of business sense.... I'm sure the corporate Wingstop location will gladly take our current and future business.

Had a few hiccups with the order, initially with DoorDash, as the delivery was not mine. I contacted the dasher, and basically there was no resolve. I contacted the store and spoke with (Desmani), who attempted to initially assist me. She was kind overall. Was transferred to the manger who provided options to assist. Ultimately we went to pick up. Picked up the order, got home and before we could open it a respondent called and apologized as the order that was picked up was not remade, we had picked up the original order. The respondent apologized and was kind about the matter. We were offered a credit for the inconvenience. Although the experience was a bit more difficult than Iād prefer. I want to thank the staff for taking accountability for a mistake that was not necessarily theirs. While still maintaining a level of professionalism and grace that is rare in todayās society. Thank you for being patient and assisting the best way possible!

I just ordered over $60+ of food through the AI that repeated my order back. When I got to the location to pay for my order the Cashier repeated my order as well. I had ordered all my boneless wings BBQ and the tenders all hot honey. When the order was given to us the employee repeated it back as BBQ. When we got home all items were hot honey. When we brought the food back the manager refused to make the order right advised me it was the AIās fault and for me to call the store next time by pressing 0. I was totally unhappy with all this food that we canāt eat because it was wrong and now cold because we had to go back to the store. I will never order from that store again. They typically forget to give the dipping sauce but this incident takes it to another level for me. For a manager to not except the blame and find a solution is unacceptable.
