I gave this place a try when a new location opened near me, got horrible food. Said okay they are new they are busy. Just ordered again after like a year and it’s even worse. App said it would be an hour, we go to pick up and food is stone cold. Veggies are wrapped in a napkin and sauce all over the inside of the bag! Lancaster, Pa Wingstop is the worst

Location 18427 Hall Rd Macomb. I was making online order and waiting nearly 30 min one chicken sandwich combo. Inside was smelling like some one smoked (not a sigaret). Employee give me a cup and 3 times he put fingers inside the cup. After my dissatisfaction, he told me he will kick me out and I should never come back!!

I've never been in a establishment where there is at least 6 employees, I'm standing in front of the cash register and NO ONE comes to greet you or even acknowledge you are even there. the chicken was the WORST I'VE EVER HAD. it was so hard, completely over cooked. This particular Wing Stop i will never return to or even recommend this place to anyone i know. I would rather drive out my way for better.

This is dangerously Insane to give out uncooked food to the customers and not take it seriously. Could’ve took me out and the only thing stated was sorry will replace it. How about let me refund your money and make you something else this time well done. How about I asked for my food well done and this is what they came up with smh …. salmonella poisoning could’ve took place, thanks to God who had mercy on my system that I’m not sick!!! Becarful guys there’s children in the kitchen cooking.

Blue springs Missouri store. Stopped for lunch and I walked In and placed my order, I was the only customer there 2 employees and 1 manager. I waited 35 mins for a chicken sandwich. During my wait I started noticing that the entire restaurant was disgusting. Do y’all ever clean anything. I said something to the so called manager and he had the nerve to blame being so busy that they didn’t have time to clean. When I walked in one female was on her phone , one male was leaning up against the wall sleeping and another guy was facebooking. Wtf that place needs to fire everyone and start over. I’ll never go back

Work wingstop experience ever. They did not have ice, and the soda was flat. The reason I was told the soda was flat was because there was no ice. I was advised my order would be ready in 18 mins, but it was more like 5 mins, which made me think it was not fresh. I reviewed my order before leaving because my co workers had told me they mess up your order a lot. When I checked it, the fries had no seasoning, and I asked the employee about the fries, and he just stared at me with no response. At that point, I asked for a refund.. Never again.. My funds have not made it back to my card as of yet.. I ended up going to another location.

Placed an order with person at store over the phone asked for a tenders combo was given al a carte but given the drink was missing sandwich from combo. When brought it to managers attention he was very rude and said I'll make your sandwich but you didn't pay for fries. I will give them to you but I will charge you.. while waiting for the missed sandwich to be made my 11 year old child indicated to him her ranch was missing and he proceeded to argue with her then said I'll give it to you this time. First off paying for the items was nit an issue it was the way the "manager" spoke to his customers as well as his staff. My order was already $65 paying an additional $10 for the items we asked for when we ordered was not an issue his handling of his employees and customers was. All of the chicken was overcooked and hard. This location needs better management..

All chicken was overcooked and hard. Missing half items ordered. Manager was horrible to employees and customers. There were two orders in front of me that were mischarged or missing items and he was rude to to customer and cashier that took the orders. He truly needs to be demoted and restrained

The chicken sandwich was so dry and leathery it was separating. The boneless chicken wings were soggy both the batter and chicken. Fries way over salted and they had sugar on them. Overall not a good experience

This is a very good Wingstop. Wait times are usually accurate, food is always hot and fresh, workers are nice, and the ranch always slaps. Will continue to order from here ??

Missing items from order / rude service. it seems like if there's any issues with your order they like to make it your issue. The food was great, but sadly I did not receive items I paid for and was ignored when I asked about them. it's been almost 2 months and I've yet to receive my refund. it's ridiculous the amount of times I've had to call/ go on the wingstop website. Your representatives seem nothing but confused every single time I call.. "you will receive the refund in 4-5 hours" "you should receive it in about 5 days" "Were not supposed to say how long"
