Please issue my refund I ordered food on 12-31-25 @534 pm. I called the local Zanesville location 2 times after 7pm. 1st time to see where my order was and the 2nd time to cancel my order. I told them we did not want food that had been sitting for an hour and a half almost 2 hours. The 1st time I called I was told no one had even arrived to pick up our food. The 2nd time I called I was told that the store cant refund the food. I told them that I didnt want the old food the 2nd time and they still didnt cancel my order. The delivery person messaged me at almost 730pm 2 hours later and told me they were on their way. I told them not to come and that I had told the store to cancel my order and refund me. They should NOT have even began to send the delivery driver. They should have told them not to bother. We want our $55.00 back. For a 1st time customer we are very disappointed and will never return for any service from Wingstop. What a disappointment to say thw least. Please return our money to us for food we never recieved after a 2 hour wait who would eat that chicken anyway.

worst wingstop ive ever eaten at cashier cant hear to spell someones name and you got a bunch of lazy cooks i ate like 2 pieces of wings and lost my appetite waste of time and money! they should fire like all the current employees and hire better ones

Food so trash here, wings soft and rubbery. I ate about 4 and tossed the rest. I asked for well done and it wasn’t well done. It never is. They wont give you a refund because they say they aren’t allowed to, the most they can do is make them over. I just took them and left because I didn’t have time to wait. Trash wings. The girl in front at the cashier is sweet. But they have kids back there cooking and that’s why the food is bad

The wings were absolutely disgusting and dry. This is my third time coming to Wingstop and the last two times have been absolutely dry like they must have a budget for their mild sauce they put on the wings and the one time I came the wings were Raw and my daughter got very very very sick. I don’t know why my daughter likes this place because when I got home with the wings, I ordered it looked like I got them with no sauce on them when she asked for extra extra sauce and your employees upfront the cashiers the girls have attitude. I’d rather go to cheap McDonald’s across the street then go back to Wingstop

Ordered a 20 piece with cheese fries and 2 ranch on uber eats. Received literally 8 wings and a tiny pinch of fries with half a squirt of cheese on em. No utensils either. It's nowhere near closing. I work in food too so i know how it gets but geez that's just messed up fr. Whoever on shift gotta be going thru sum. Get well soon and just put my food in the bag bro.

I placed order 6168777256 at 4:46 PM today it was supposed to have arrived at 5:10 PM when I saw the DoorDash text that it was being delivered by them. It showed the vehicle go in the opposite direction from my home and then stop, I called the number associated with the text seven times no answer. I contacted the store seven times no answer and that was the one at Knoxville Tennessee on Chapman Highway at 5:58 PM, I drove to the store. I walked in and asked to speak to a manager. I explained I hadn’t received my order and I would like a refund the employee standing beside the manager, stated The order was picked up. I showed my phone to the manager that it still had not been delivered because it was tracking, the employee then said I’m not lying. I said I’m not lying either and I told the manager I wanted a refund. I did not get my order. I said I also want your corporate phone number and the district manager‘s name, she copied my information down and said that I should get the refund in 4 to 5 business days again ask again for the corporate number and the district manager’s name she printed off a receipt with the only thing was the website. I have not had an issue ordering from this store before and I ordered it off of the app from Wingstop, I think it was very very inappropriate from the employee and the manager. I even told the manager I don’t think anyone would be happy with this. I only live three minutes behind the store in a subdivision. I am very, very displeased.

Ordered for the first time today 10-27-25 and was shocked the wings I got were all the “drum” stick, I’m sure if I would order that I’d cost more for the one kind of wing. Was very disappointed and thought they could’ve been bigger, they were the smallest wing pieces I have had in a LONG time for what I paid🤬…. I got the 10 piece deal, 🥴

I always like Wingstop but this time I ordered lemon pepper chicken and it was so dry. Like the chicken it was cooked ahead of time and they just heat it up . I'm so disappointed.

So tonight I stop in after working a shift at the football game and there was a young man at the register who I struggled to get my order in with because it was kind of loud inside. Once I did get it he then told me they do not accept cash. I was devastated because that's all I had at the time because I was coming from work... I asked him to go get the manager to speak with them. A young lady came up front and she said yes. I apologize but we have been cashless for about 3 months and I told her my situation and she really helped me out. She was very polite and she allowed me to pay cash. I told her I didn't need the change. I just really was not having enough energy to go home and cook 😌💪🏾 so thank you!
