I gave this place a try when a new location opened near me, got horrible food. Said okay they are new they are busy. Just ordered again after like a year and it’s even worse. App said it would be an hour, we go to pick up and food is stone cold. Veggies are wrapped in a napkin and sauce all over the inside of the bag! Lancaster, Pa Wingstop is the worst

Location 18427 Hall Rd Macomb. I was making online order and waiting nearly 30 min one chicken sandwich combo. Inside was smelling like some one smoked (not a sigaret). Employee give me a cup and 3 times he put fingers inside the cup. After my dissatisfaction, he told me he will kick me out and I should never come back!!

Asked to use the restroom was told it was for paying customers only when we had already ordered online. Then we were asked if we needed anything when waiting to pick up our order.
Great food, but the customer service could improve. Maybe send the staff to Target
for training lol ?

If you call in an order, your order will take more then a hour for a chicken sandwich, bundle deal and when your order has missing items, they will not fulfill the missing items of the order, and when you called to tell them they forgot 6 tenders and 2 fries and a ranch, they will tell you to drive back and hang up on you: and then when you drive back they will tell you no. ??‍♀️ stating the truth.

Order through Uber Eats. Was missing 5 bone-in bbq and the 5 boneless add on were supposed to be plain, they had bbq sauce on them. I called the store spent 23 minutes on the phone only to be offered a credit for the missing items or to come to the store to get them (Took an additional 30 minutes). That defeats the purpose of delivery. If you can't do your job to check order before they go out, find a different profession. I had to go to the store to get my missing and incorrect items. Plus my order which was now cold needed to be remade. For my time, cost of delivery, and $9.06 tip I was offered some ranch. Didn't offer anything for the inconvenience your company caused. I would have rather the lady just said f-you to my face, it would have been more forward. In all, took over an hour to resolve the issue with little to no effort on Wingstops part, I WANT MY MONEY BACK WITH FEES AND TIP. With so many other options I'm disgusted by the terrible service and wont be back.

While there I heard them telling an delivery drive to cancel their order bc someone had stolen the delivery. The guy means, they gave someone else that order or they didn't make it bc it wasn't there. The amount of chaos and how unorganized everything was, I honestly don't know how this store is open. Bottom of the barrel management and employees.

Expensive, $30 for 20 pieces of chicken......disgusting sauces loaded with sugar and god knows what other synthetic ingredients. Last order I got half the wings were old and dry. Never going back.

Can’t believe I paid $16.00 for this little amount of food. Not sure if the portion sizes are less but I’ve never had this issue any time I’ve eaten at Wing Stop. Had to air fry my soggy fries at home too. Not the best experience this time around.

Blue springs Missouri store. Stopped for lunch and I walked In and placed my order, I was the only customer there 2 employees and 1 manager. I waited 35 mins for a chicken sandwich. During my wait I started noticing that the entire restaurant was disgusting. Do y’all ever clean anything. I said something to the so called manager and he had the nerve to blame being so busy that they didn’t have time to clean. When I walked in one female was on her phone , one male was leaning up against the wall sleeping and another guy was facebooking. Wtf that place needs to fire everyone and start over. I’ll never go back
