I walked this Wingstop, and as I came in, I sat down noticing there was somebody already-at the counter as I waited, somebody else came in and they served them instead of noticing me so I just left I know they saw me so I feel like it was just bad customer service

Now I’m not normally one to leave reviews but I feel like this needs to be addressed. I walked in and immediately put off by the atmosphere. Getting weird judgmental looks, eye rolls, etc etc, the entire time I was there. Then, after my order was finished and I wanted to buy an extra ranch. I was ignored, rushed out and didn’t even get to finish my sentence. I had the money to pay for an extra ranch in my hand within view. And the server turned their back on me and walked away.

If I could give this joke of a manager a 0 I would! This child refused to make 4 of the 15 piece I asked for plain and also give me two sauce flavors. Like really little girl? I said so you're willing to lose a customer over this!? I'm trying not to say the words that are actually on my mind right now. So, I went to another location and lo and behold, they did it exactly as I requested! Some people take their job way too seriously.

They had really nasty customer service and looked so miserable like they need a vacation. I came in and said “Good morning “ but was rudely interrupted by one of the leads interrupting me saying “ Name “ and I felt like I was bothering them by coming into this location to purchase food. Then I kindly asked for a box to go and the other lead gave me the box rudely and didn’t say “you’re welcome” after I said “thank u “. They didn’t even repeat my order like cashier parodical states when taking an order. The sad part about this was that they weren’t even normal cashiers they were leads. They need to lead by example and they need to stop with the “rolling of the eyes “ . This is so sad since Wingstop is so strict with customer service and greeting customers.

Ordered online. Had error. Got charged. They claimed it will be returned. Never returned. Don’t order online with them. They are unhelpful and will pass the buck and blame the bank. Terrible customer service. Never supporting this location again.

I ordered a combination plate of nine mild and six lemon pepper bone-in wings online on Sunday at 8:00 p.m. for an 11:15 p.m. pick-up. When I arrived at 11:05 p.m., they hadn't started my order, and I had to endure a thirty minute wait. The staff didn't start making my order until after my pickup time of 11:15 pm, which defeated the purpose of placing an order over three hours in advance! I got processed like a walk-in order instead of a pickup order.
Aside from the wait, the restaurant was clean, and the wings I received were scrumptious. My order cost about 22.00 for 15 bone-in wings. If the staff prepared my order on time, it would have been a five-star review.
It's good when you catch the workers having a good day, it's all bad when thier having a bad day...

I’ve ordered from this Wingstop a few times & every time, the staff has been so kind and patient! Whether I’m ordering in person or picking up, my order is always correct-no missing items, which is rare these days. The store is always clean. It’s nice to find a place with great service & friendly people :)

I asked for barbecue chicken sandwich easy sause the put extra sause drinched sandwich, I ask for original hot 5peice bone in wings they have me garlic P. I don’t know what they were doing but my order was wrong!! I had no choice but to eat it because store was close I did not enjoy my food!!

Myself and my nephews decided to try wingstop. While waiting for someone to seat us, we noticed several coakroaches in the corner of the entrance. We left promptly.
