I placed order 6168777256 at 4:46 PM today it was supposed to have arrived at 5:10 PM when I saw the DoorDash text that it was being delivered by them. It showed the vehicle go in the opposite direction from my home and then stop, I called the number associated with the text seven times no answer. I contacted the store seven times no answer and that was the one at Knoxville Tennessee on Chapman Highway at 5:58 PM, I drove to the store. I walked in and asked to speak to a manager. I explained I hadn’t received my order and I would like a refund the employee standing beside the manager, stated The order was picked up. I showed my phone to the manager that it still had not been delivered because it was tracking, the employee then said I’m not lying. I said I’m not lying either and I told the manager I wanted a refund. I did not get my order. I said I also want your corporate phone number and the district manager‘s name, she copied my information down and said that I should get the refund in 4 to 5 business days again ask again for the corporate number and the district manager’s name she printed off a receipt with the only thing was the website. I have not had an issue ordering from this store before and I ordered it off of the app from Wingstop, I think it was very very inappropriate from the employee and the manager. I even told the manager I don’t think anyone would be happy with this. I only live three minutes behind the store in a subdivision. I am very, very displeased.
Ordered for the first time today 10-27-25 and was shocked the wings I got were all the “drum” stick, I’m sure if I would order that I’d cost more for the one kind of wing. Was very disappointed and thought they could’ve been bigger, they were the smallest wing pieces I have had in a LONG time for what I paid🤬…. I got the 10 piece deal, 🥴
They should have someone double check orders to make sure the customer gets what they pay for I got home just to find out I was missing some of the food I ordered I had to drive back to get the missing food I paid for this its not the first time this happens at this location

Este domingo nos negaron el acceso a wingstop plaza outlet la hostess y el gerente nos pidieron la cartilla de vacunación para mi perro cabe destacar que número uno es plaza pet friendly uno espera una mayor recepción de los perros a los locales, yo nunca pedí que nos dieran mesa adentro ellos tienen mesas afuera y también quiero decir que hace dos o tres meses entramos a comer con otro de mis perros al mismo restaurante. Desafortunadamente la mala experiencia vivida en uno de sus locales hace que la inversión millonaria en la plaza se tire a la basura y que uno no regrese a ningún otro restaurante de la cadena Aparte, el día de hoy se contacto la gerenta de la sucursal y salió peor me dijo que solo le pedían cartilla a algunos perros por lo cual me sentí inclusive discriminado mi perro es de raza akita americano, acababa de salir de su baño es cachorro de 8 meses que pasa con otros perros les piden hasta su acta de defunción para entrar. en su puerta no dice prohibido entrar con mascotas y recalcó ya comí en otras ocasiones con mis perros en la terraza de la misma sucursal dejo mi CEL 9981268091 y ojalá puedan remediar este problema yo mientras seguiré contando y escribiendo mi mala experiencia para que no le pase a otra persona
First time ordering from this particular Wingstop. I asked for well done fries and wings and the fries were soft. The wings were inconsistent the bbq ones were done right but the hot honey wings weren’t well done the lemon pepper wings weren’t well done either and also had little to no seasoning on it they were the most bland wings I’ve ever tasted. This was by far the worse tasting Wingstop I’ve ever had and I will not be visiting this location anymore very disappointed in the quality of food at this location no wonder they don’t even have a 3 star rating on Google wish I knew that before heading up there but that’s my fault for not checking

I personally love Wingstop, however, this location at least when I went on July 7, 2025, the staff was not on it. I put in an online order it was saying it was gonna be ready for pick up around 1:07 or 1:20. I go in there running a little late and my order isn’t even ready. I can clearly see them rushing to sauce the tenders to put the seasoning on the fries, which wasn’t season, all the seasoning was at the bottom of the fries and my sister is telling me her Louisiana rub tenders. We’re not rubbed with Louisiana seasoning. I spent a good 30 bucks, just to sit there and see staff rushing around trying to get these orders done. It’s not my problem. You guys don’t have good time management, it’s not my problem. Your manager isn’t getting on you. My dad always taught us. Hey if you mess up, try to redeem yourself, they don’t even try to do that just letting me know five more minutes yeah right I shouldn’t have to wait. Having to wait for my food having to wait to get my cups I shouldn’t have to ask hey can I at least fill up my drinks? This should be an automatic thing. Man comes in. He’s also having to wait for his order. I’m sure he tracked out a while to get here giving him plenty of time to get it done and people are still waiting. This is America. Fast food is supposed to be fast easy What’s up? I was honestly really happy when they open this location up but the service not it and I go in there and it smells like sewer personally I wouldn’t wanna be eating in there if it smelled like that second off I’m a little leery about my food. How is it gonna taste thankfully it taste OK but that’s smell was pretty strong. And no one was trying to spray nothing to at least get rid of it or mask it. Just dealing with it not acceptable. I do my survey all I can get out of. It is free fries so I come here to let you guys know just be mindful that the food is good, but I don’t know certain times staff isn’t on it.

AVOID this location! I placed an order through DoorDash and the DoorDash driver said that Wingstop claimed someone else picked up the order so it got cancelled. I ended up talking to the manager Alex at Wingstop and I ended up just coming in to get it via carryout instead. He personally put together my order and shorted me a freaking voodoo fries.
