I gave this place a try when a new location opened near me, got horrible food. Said okay they are new they are busy. Just ordered again after like a year and it’s even worse. App said it would be an hour, we go to pick up and food is stone cold. Veggies are wrapped in a napkin and sauce all over the inside of the bag! Lancaster, Pa Wingstop is the worst

Location 18427 Hall Rd Macomb. I was making online order and waiting nearly 30 min one chicken sandwich combo. Inside was smelling like some one smoked (not a sigaret). Employee give me a cup and 3 times he put fingers inside the cup. After my dissatisfaction, he told me he will kick me out and I should never come back!!

Great customer service! But they are very stingy with the wing sauce. The chicken was not at all covered with the sauce. Would have appreciated more saucy wings as they advertise. Kitchen team definitely needs more work and learn the motto of wing stop.

The chicken has been coming old, like bones rotting. Wings will barely have any sauce . ALSO, sometimes I’ll order fries with extra fry seasoning and then they won’t add any fry seasoning AT ALL, must be sooo hardd. Cashiers are usually very generous

I placed an order in store earlier and all was well until I found hair in my fries. Rating this location a 2 because cleanliness and hygiene is important. This is not only gross and disturbing, but a huge risk to customers. it makes you wonder what else might be in the food and what their cleanliness protocol entails. You can’t quite tell from the photo due to the lighting, but there was a decent sized hairball on my fry.

I went there a week ago with my boyfriend and ordered my food, and as we were waiting there I saw a big roach roaming on the floor and I'm like that is just a turn off when you are sitting down and see a roach on the floor but it looked like a beetle because it was big but customers shouldn't be seeing a roach while eating there food at the table. I won't be getting my food from there again.

So my best friend ordered me so food from DoorDash from here. I asked for extra frie seasoning and my fries came with ABSOLUTELY NO SEASONING. They also forgot one of my fries considering i ordered 3 meals. Smh i called and a young lady named Ebony said she will credit for the missing fries. I hate ordering from Wingstop yall dont never get the food right when its delivery. ?
