Besides messing up my order, the fries werent the seansoned ones I ordered, I called to complain, then the girl lies to me that she waited on me, which she didnt, doesnt she know I would know what she sounded like? duh go to another location would be my suggestion bd wasted 15 dollars

I would give a negative number for service if i could. The cashier was careless and had no interest in serving us. The store wasn’t busy at all and it took them 20 mins to give us our food, seeing it was a small order (we ordered a 6 piece combo). We later then saw our bag of food sitting on the side for the last 20 mins and finally the worker decided to do his job and call our order that had been sitting there. Again the store wasn’t busy and he wasn’t serving anyone during those 20 mins. Our boneless wings were the tinest pieces ever received.

Man these were the smallest boneless wings I have ever seen from a wing place. These are nuggets for children, not wings for adults. Felt like a huge rip off. I would go to go to the one on Maryland but have moved and will not be ordering from this location again.

We had gone to the wing stop many times before. Always had great service and food. Yesterday we went. They had two t.v going g and music. You could not hear yourself, think. The lady at the counter, who was a young short lady. Was very rude before she finished taking your order she was on the next customer. It was not that busy, but it took us more than twenty minutes. We got no number, and you could nearly hear them. After we finished, I placed an order to go. I waited and waited. Finally went to front and asked about my order. The same lady pulled it off the rack. And handed it to me. I asked how long this order has been sitting there. "She said about 15 to 20 minutes. I told her why she did not call. She said we did, and you were not here. I said yes, I was on the back. I have been paying attention. Then I asked her if it had ranch. She asked if I looked in the bag. I looked in the bag. I started to say something and she said is it there I said it looks like it and she said I guess you got it. Very nasty and condensending. I defenty will not be back. You can tell there were not that many people. It looked like only one person in the back on in the front. And one that looked lost. Took my food cold. Very disappointed.
Dined in and took out.

It's nice to have a variety of sauces. If you eat spicy food on its own, it is too spicy for Koreans. However, if you eat it with ranch sauce, it will be neutralized. They say it's coming to Korea soon. I hope the quality gets better there.

Usually it's good but today my order got messed up twice First I got the wrong order then I came back got the right order and they forgot my sauces. Great customer service but it was not busy today at all so I don't understand but it's okay I'll go back and get my dressing after work.
