Never again, we will never order again from this location specifically. Very rude employees working at 7 pm on September 3rd, 2024. I received a call that my wife forgot part of our order. Like it was the customer's fault right. Yet when she returned to pick up her forgotten order it was not there. So, she waited for them to finish the order that was not forgotten but never completed. Once she got home, I checked the order as it was short 2 ranches and 4 wings. In a nutshell this location lied and tried to put the blame on the customer. Manager needs to have a talking to.

I went to this store today and placed an order for two chicken wings. I received a discount code this morning, but I can’t use it. It said that you can get free boneless chicken wings with any purchase of chicken wings. After all, it was a lie. The most important thing is that the chicken wings I bought are not delicious either. Very old, not tender at all, the chicken felt stale. The service is quite good. But I don’t want to buy it next time.

I swear... ??♀️??♀️ You pay 18$ for 4 pieces of Classic Chicken and 4 boneless and the boneless are LITERALLY smaller than McDonald's nuggets... This picture is adding size because they look bigger in the picture.. these are popcorn shrimp size in real life... This is WILD.... I've NEVER gotten Boneless pieces that were so small.. is it just me or am I trippin.? Atleast at Chipotle when they skimp, you still get relatively full... I'm a small girl and I'm STILL hungry... Yall are sad with this

I intended to order takeout from the location further down the road. However, when I arrived at my intended restaurant, the employee informed me that I had ordered from this recently opened location about three miles up the road. The restaurant appeared clean and sparkling brand new once I arrived, and my order was ready in the 20-minute time frame I requested. The employee I encountered seemed nice. I ordered a 20-piece bone-in meal of ten lemon pepper and ten mild buffalo wings. The ranch dressing that I received tasted better than the store-bought dressing I buy!I don't see how anyone can complain about purchasing boneless wings because it is such a taste drop-off between boneless and bone-in wings that I will never purchase boneless wings from Wingstop or anywhere else in life! Boneless wings taste like imitation meat and are glamorized chicken nuggets with a taste bud disability. Do yourself and your taste buds a favor and make the permanent switch bone-in wings. The price difference is worth it, and Wingstop should give their boneless wings away to the homeless and hungry public for free because they’re that dreadful! I had to force myself to finish the sixteen-piece boneless wings I ordered previously from a different WingstopThe bone-in wings at this location were tasty. However, I would prefer the wings to be a little less crispy. If the wings were softer, everything would be perfect. The crispiness did not warrant any star deduction, though. I would return.
