Slow service, very dirty inside, I ordered online and still had to wait over thirty minutes. There were plenty of people in the back and not enough people dropping chicken. It shouldn't take over an hour to make some chicken man.

I just can't give them any more chances. I waited for my food only to get the most non-edible /overcooked fries ever. They're either cold or massively overcooked (as in double fried, which I've watched them cook more than once) . IT'S FRIES, how hard could fries be!

Food is always fine I suppose but this place will make you wait forever to get your food. Checking in for a pickup once you arrive is all it should take. You could be standing right in front of the counter for 30 plus minutes and they will never ask your name again, or give you an update. You may have to remind them two or three times to hand you a bag of food that has been sealed. I know the employees are young but just terrible service. No concern at all for customers time or well being. Last time might be the last straw for me.

These prices are not the correct prices and the employees have no clue what this menu is nor quotes and they do not in any way honor these prices!!! The actual prices are way more expensive and this menu should be taken down because it is very misleading and upsetting when you call expecting these prices but do not receive anything close to it!!
