Service was horrible the crew was inattentive including manger. Food was not ready despite preorder of 1 hour in advance and order was marked as complete even though it was not ready. Last my food was not cooked well even after request for a well done. Never going back just wish I don’t get sick from it.

Well well well. I have been eating from this poor establishment for many years. Let me start by saying this. I understand the hiring of young children. These young children serve and make sure that their high school friends that dine in, food is hot, fresh and ready while not cooking food to proper temperature for the rest. When trying to submit for corporate, the website won't load. Guess what, what I consume is important and this location is a failure. Get your restaurants in order. My last time ordering and this location will be reported smh

Absolutely APPALLING! I just had the most HORRENDOUS experience. My chicken wings were RAW on the inside! Honestly, it looked like they gave them a two-minute tan. And the fries? cold and STALE. And to top it off, I waited an HOUR for this garbage, even though the place was EMPTY! But the customer service? Don't even get me STARTED. They practically THREW my bag at me, and when I dared to ask for napkins, they YELLED at me to get them myself. The whole place was a DISGRACE! filthy floors, dusty windows with spider webs with sticky, disgusting seats. I had to take my food SOMEWHERE ELSE to eat it. This place needs to be shut down. DO NOT waste your time or money. I am NEVER going back, and I'm telling EVERYONE I know. 🤢

I placed a call ahead order . When I entered I was immediately given my drink and my food was ready while I was grabbing my drink . My food was made perfectly looks absolutely delicious and taste perfect. Thank you for the great fast customer service and good food .
I’m giving food 1 star because I ordered Garlic parm and got plain ! I was not driving 20 mins back . I understand yal are busy but please take your time to make sure the correct food is being made. Cashier was super friendly !

What was found in my ranch, look like an extra small condom. Like why?? I’m disgusted I couldn’t even eat the food after I found that. And when I called to speak to the manager, I told her what I found in my ranch and she just laughed.

The service at this Wingstop is AWFUL. They truly leave a lot to be desired. They hang up the phone on you. They have horrible attitudes at the counter and lack so much professionalism. The food is often not ready when they tell you it will be, and errors with your order are quite common here. They are lucky the wings hit!
