This wing stop is a hit and miss, sometimes they get it right and other times it's overcooked or something is wrong with your order. But be careful there's some unfair racist treatment going on towards customers, the Mexican workers will skip you to help others Mexicans when you're next in line then act like they didn't see you standing in a single file line, we're in 2024 and yes discrimination still exists, management hire other ethnicities so there's a balance in culture and fairness when handling guests!

I ordered lemon pepper wings. The wings did not have any lemon pepper on them and I specifically told them to add extra lemon pepper on my wings. I was so upset when I got home and saw my wings with no lemon pepper.That’s why I’m writing this review. Fire the whole crew and start over. Oh, and my fries tasted like old black greasy.

If you order from here make sure you have sauce at home and don’t order any flavors even tho they’ll make you wait 15 mins they would find a way to give you the driest wings possible with the least amount of sauce they can I been here about 8 times 2 of those times the wings were actually up to

2nd time ordering from this location and I can say they are consistent .. consistent with f’n up some food… I placed an order last night for the 20 boneless wing meal (I don’t even like boneless wings but my prior order.. the bone in wings were so big and undercooked) through Uber eats … I requested for flavor on all my wings and unfortunately the wings came to me looking naked and they were undercooked… idk if it was because it was late and they just didn’t care but I had to put the wings in the air fryer for additional cooking time as well as coat the wings in sauce I had in my home… the cooks seem lazy and careless … Who wants to get sick from undercooked food .. and the food had my wife’s stomach so messed up to where she had to immediately go to the restroom .. she ended up throwing her portion away

I placed a fairly large order online for pickup. When I walked in I was greeted and immediately helped. The cashier said they were finishing up my order. In the meantime, I asked to use the restroom. They have M/W single stall for each. The women's room was very clean. When I came out, my order was ready to go ON TIME. The cashier & other employees said thank you. My car smells amazing with all of the yummy wings. Everything was cooked to perfection. I do wish that their fries were a little crisper but that my only complaint. The smiles and friendly staff are the main reason for my 5 star review! Great job.

My daughter wanted this food for her birthday so we got it and unfortunately our chicken was way over cooked I spent $110 only to have to take it all back we could see the potential in the food but we're very disappointed. It was super busy so I thought things should be great.
