Over it , this is the like 50th time this location has forgot items ,
Was gonna go to another Wingstop a little further from my house but I thought I'd give this one another try and they never seem to fail on forgetting items 🤦🤦 👎👎 I work in the food industry in management the consistency is hilarious at this point ..

This is absolutely disgusting. Food is bad, service is bad. How are they going to serve this? This wing had so many feathers still in it it lookslike it got cooked with a spider or crab coming out of it.. I got charged for this? Who was like yeah is is acceptable.. let's toss this wing up...

Cooks here are super slow. Extremely slow service. Online orders start getting made when you arrive to the store.
I just wanna shout out Pierre for his great customer service. Definitely recommend the Wingstop and having him as your cook or cashier! I appreciate the extra mile you went for me to make sure my food was done and good to taste!

Elijah is on of the best associates on the team. A real Top Gun. He made me happier leaving then when I came. Used great customer service and helped me with my app. Offered us tje survey and got FREE FRIES!!!

I walked in to order and the human body behind the counter was not disrespectful, just basically ignorant of manners and social norms.
My first experience there was very disturbing.. I informed her that it was my first time at Wing Stop and she made it potentially be my last.
I asked if there were any items available that were not on the menu board and she made it an excruciating experience extracting information.
She made every item that I requested be a completed transaction and couldn't make change for a dollar. 3 times.
She didn't provide me with a receipt for half of my order. Didn't explain that sauces were an additional charge and didn't understand that a dime, 2 nickles and 3 pennies was 23 cents, she said she needed a quarter 🤔 for the $3.23 charges. Then she didn't put them in my bag.
I guess you can only hire from the people who apply for the job

Ordered 30 wings and some fries. Had the wings split between 3 different flavors, Mild, Lemon Peper and Garlic Parmesan. The lemon peper and garlic we absolutely perfect, the Mild wings, had not a drop of sauce or flavor. Called into to the restaurant and waited on hold for 30 minutes for someone to tell me they couldn't do anything without a picture of the wings. That we didnt eat, and threw away. I didn't think it unreasonable to requests a partial refund. Overall, 30 minutes on hold to talk about an issue on any order is ridiculous, the wings for the most part weren't terrible, but all this place does is wings, and its disappointing that they cant even get that right.

Came from out of town and out of all the restaurants(high end and not) this was the place where we got the best customer service.
She brought our food out to us outside, came back with napkins, plates, silverware all her own doing! Came to check up on us and made some great connections. Her smile made our night 🙌🏼 food was also delishhh! thank you Korey, we’ll be back 😁

Julie took my order and she noticed I couldn't see the menu well so she took the time to explain Kory does such a good job of keeping stocked and overall I was very pleased with the team work Kory is a total sweetheart too and even the wizard guy who steps out of the kitchen to hand out our food over all I strongly recommend them
