I’m really disappointed with my order from Wingstop. The chicken was so greasy that the bottom of my tray was literally swimming in grease. It looked like the food had just been pulled out of oil and tossed in the box. The quality was terrible, and it honestly made me lose my appetite. Wingstop needs to do way better this was unacceptable.

The front counter person never spoke a word she just staired at me when I went to pick up my order never said anything I had to say I was her for a pick an she gave me my food an still never said thank you or nothing she never talked at all

I ordered 20 wings 06/28 at 1AM …. original hot, lemon pepper, & honey hot …. The wings I got are just literally plain wings if I wanted plain wings I would’ve ordered that!!!! Every time you order online it’s like you have to go inside and watch them make it. Lemon pepper is always super greasy with just a pinch of lemon pepper like damn dry rub the wings up toss em & more. The honey hot was super plain. No honey or flavor whatsoever… then out of the whole order the gave me 19 drums, one flat like I’m not requesting all flats but at least they could’ve thrown 2 or 3 in there . They need better workers .

Ordered pick up at this location, they forgot all of the ranch that i paid for and i had to go back and get it again, the workers were acting really slow and not taking their job seriously, and when i opened my ranch.. there was black HAIR in it!!! Absolutely disgusting ruined my whole appetite! 🤮 the fries are dry taste like they been sitting out for hours.
They have the best customer service of any Wingstop location in Vegas. The guys during the day on Friday were excellent!

This is the second time that this has happened I had to go back to Wingstop to get my order fixed. They still got it wrong. I ordered mild and lemon pepper boneless and I got both of them, there was no flavor on it at all. Just plain wings.

Worst service ever...almost. my wife and I walked in to the restaurant and there was nobody there when we ordered. The employees were standing waiting for customers to come in. While we waited, at least a dozen online order customers were served before us. The dude that gave us our food sincerely apologized so we can't blame the employees, maybe policies should be reviewed so customers, like us, don't leave the restaurant feeling ignored.

Came to pick up an order as a driver. Working this late, it's not always easy to use a restroom. Was refused basic necessities at 11:30pm during business hours by Yosi. She also went out of her way to tell other employees to refuse the restroom or to even wash my hands for sanitary purposes. My son was also with me. He is 11 years old and really had to go too. Refusing basic necessities to a child while your business is open is beyond me. Insane. I picked up from another Wing Stop at 11:50pm just last night and I didn't have this problem.
