Great wings!!

Came to pick up an order as a driver. Working this late, it's not always easy to use a restroom. Was refused basic necessities at 11:30pm during business hours by Yosi. She also went out of her way to tell other employees to refuse the restroom or to even wash my hands for sanitary purposes. My son was also with me. He is 11 years old and really had to go too. Refusing basic necessities to a child while your business is open is beyond me. Insane. I picked up from another Wing Stop at 11:50pm just last night and I didn't have this problem.

I was at this Wing Stop location when they were opening for the day. As I approached the counter to place my order, the first thing I saw was a food preparer sneezing and sniffling. I told two workers at the counter that I would not be placing an order.
Why are sick people allowed to prepare food for the public?

I ordered my food through Uber eats and when it came time to pick up my food I knew my order was wrong. When I went back inside they insisted my order was correct and that I ordered wrong . I simply took it as if I did make a mistake but when I got home and matched the receipt everything was completely wrong as I humbly stated and apologies for . I know everyone isn’t a blue cheese fan but it’s my favorite lol and now I’m stuck with ranch from someone else’s order I again said was wrong. But hey what can you do :)

This location is unorganized with their orders. I ordered 15 wings. It took about an hour to get them. I do not understand how that’s possible. Next time I’m feeling adventurous and not that hungry. I might take a chance, but probably not.

Since when is 15 pieces only 2 flavors? We get Wingstop all the time, always get 3 flavors for 2 people.

I ordered a 6 piece with lemon and Hawaiian. I received lemon and a spicy flavor. That wasn't what I ordered, so I called, and they kindly gave me a credit for 10 pcs. I went and ordered, and the cashier was really inattentive to another customer. He forgot to check her receipt, and he did not give her a drink. When she asked for the cups for her drink, he was rude and said it wasn't his job to look at receipts and give drinks. He gave the cup to her, but it left a bad taste in my mouth how he was so rude to her. When I finally got my order, I asked for an extra ranch, and the manager said no.

Ordered online. Said it would be 16-21 minutes. Got there to pick up and had to wait an additional 20 minutes. I was supposed to get a chicken sandwich combo, when my husband brought my food home, all I had was a chicken sandwich, no french fries and no soda. The wing combo I ordered came with the fries, but again, no drink.

I went in on Friday January 19th at 8pm and had the best experience. This was literally the best Wingstop I’ve ever had. The flavor was amazing and the fries were crisped to perfection. I will come for sure. The employees on the night shift also provided the best customer experience I’ve ever had for a Wingstop. The guy who took my order was very professional and sweet.

I placed an online order for 150 wings. My husband went and picked it up and they only gave us 6 containers and we were missing 40 wings and the large dressings that I paid for. I immediately called and sent my husband back to this location to tell them they messed up the order. The manager accused us of lying because he packed our orders and there were 8 boxes in 2 bags. Well that is not possible as 4 boxes do not fit into their bags. He said he wasn't going to correct it because he knew what he did and he gave us all the wings. He said to return the food so he could see how many boxes were in the bags. I told him if I bring them back I want a full refund and he can keep his wings and I'll take my business elsewhere. He gave us the 40 wings but not the dressing. I am a regular customer at this location and I'm sad to say I won't be anymore. The wings he made up for us were tiny pieces of chicken. I have never seen so small of pieces served from them.
