I ordered a 6 piece with lemon and Hawaiian. I received lemon and a spicy flavor. That wasn't what I ordered, so I called, and they kindly gave me a credit for 10 pcs. I went and ordered, and the cashier was really inattentive to another customer. He forgot to check her receipt, and he did not give her a drink. When she asked for the cups for her drink, he was rude and said it wasn't his job to look at receipts and give drinks. He gave the cup to her, but it left a bad taste in my mouth how he was so rude to her. When I finally got my order, I asked for an extra ranch, and the manager said no.

Ordered online. Said it would be 16-21 minutes. Got there to pick up and had to wait an additional 20 minutes. I was supposed to get a chicken sandwich combo, when my husband brought my food home, all I had was a chicken sandwich, no french fries and no soda. The wing combo I ordered came with the fries, but again, no drink.

I went in on Friday January 19th at 8pm and had the best experience. This was literally the best Wingstop I’ve ever had. The flavor was amazing and the fries were crisped to perfection. I will come for sure. The employees on the night shift also provided the best customer experience I’ve ever had for a Wingstop. The guy who took my order was very professional and sweet.

I placed an online order for 150 wings. My husband went and picked it up and they only gave us 6 containers and we were missing 40 wings and the large dressings that I paid for. I immediately called and sent my husband back to this location to tell them they messed up the order. The manager accused us of lying because he packed our orders and there were 8 boxes in 2 bags. Well that is not possible as 4 boxes do not fit into their bags. He said he wasn't going to correct it because he knew what he did and he gave us all the wings. He said to return the food so he could see how many boxes were in the bags. I told him if I bring them back I want a full refund and he can keep his wings and I'll take my business elsewhere. He gave us the 40 wings but not the dressing. I am a regular customer at this location and I'm sad to say I won't be anymore. The wings he made up for us were tiny pieces of chicken. I have never seen so small of pieces served from them.

This was my first visit to Wingstop. I had the bone in Spicy Korean and they were delicious. The fries were a little under cooked but they were tasty. It was busy so maybe they rushed a bit to get the fries out. The ranch dressing is also delicious. The staff was very pleasant and courteous. I will certainly be back. I would recommend placing your order ahead of time.

My favorite wingstop in Vegas ! They never miss. The food is always right & HOT! I've had 1 issue with a delivery order and the manager quickly rectified it. Also when dining in, the crew is always so quick to greet you and they're awesome. + it's so clean inside. It's a busier store but definitely got the right crew working there.

BEWARE OF WINGSTOP BEARING GIFTS!June 24, 2023. I received an email offer from my go-to Wingstop store: "Free chicken sandwich with $15+ order". I clicked the link in the email and placed the order for the 20 boneless wings & fries bundle PLUS the free chicken sandwich. THEN I noticed that the prices of the items had been jacked up. The total price + tax & tip etc., Less the cost of the chicken sandwich, was $34.75.I order the same two items on the Wingstop link on my taskbar and FULL CHARGE FOR BOTH ITEMS + tax & tip etc., was $34.03!I took screen caps of both before closing out the pages.Shame on you Wingstop!
