I went here on my lunch break from 11 to 12. I feel bad I didn’t grab her name but this really nice lady wore black glasses and was absolutely amazing so welcoming and friendly. God bless her and her family sm! Made me want come back very soon! 15/10!!

Me & my friends went Monday 8, 24 around 7 the girl who took our order already had a attitude but I brushed it off as I get it I worked in a place like this before so I understand but they took forever with out food again I understood they were busy & I have worked in a place like this before, I finally got my food now we were waiting for my friends food as she kept saying 3 mins i eventually set the 3 min timer about 4 times till the 4th one went off I asked where my sandwich was & they didn’t say anything they just handed my the sandwich we still say thank you. Wing stop you guys need to get your employees Ina groups cooks. Online orders, in store orders & cashier.

I always order from this location. May 4th i did an order on wingstop app that costed $50. Delivery driver delivered order to another door and i was suppose to receive a refund. I contacted wingstop may 15th to inquire about my refund and they could not find any information on my name nor order the manager i spoke with was very rude and nonchalant and i believe she is the one who made my order disappear. Stated the only thing i can do is dispute with my bank. I will not be ordering again.

This was the absolute worst experience that I have ever ever had at this Wingstop this is usually a great location nice people and great service BUT TODAY . My order was entirely wrong and extremely incorrect. There was no sauce on my wings at all. AND THEY WERE HARD I’m currently on crutches, which is why I did a mobile online delivery order through the app started with a JACK WHO I SPOKE TO A LADY believe it was Today when I called April 24 2024@ 421pm all flats I ordered all flats They REFUSED to credit my order or give me a refund, but kept specifying for me to come up to the store after I said, I was unable to walk IM ON CRUTCHES and said they are well done they SUPPOSED TO BE HARD I’ve worked in a kitchen before AND THE SHOULD NOT BE SO HARD TO THE POINT I CAN THROW AT A WALL OR EVEN CHEW and then proceeded to say there was nothing to do when they credit orders OR REFUND This is the worst experience I have ever had, I am calling corporate on you guys photos of my unsaced wings that were supposed to be buffalo Unbelievable I spent 25-30 DOLLARS AND THERES NOTHING YOU CAN DO AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME CALL TOMORROW AND TRY WITH THAT MANAGER CAUSE IM NOT GOING TO DO IT

I love the customer service and receiving my order I. A timely manner the cooks should get paid more because their job is very hard and a lot of work I see them working very hard and never complain .
Parking: There’s a huge parking space for customers to park even close to the door to make access easier
Kid-friendliness: The people here love kids and are very welcoming caring compassionate
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in and they make a space for customers that are in a wheelchair and even open the door for them
