Counter girl who happens to be black with fake blonde hair no hair net nothing per health department guidlines uet the other girls have there hair neatly back . She alsois singing these songs and on her phone the entire time. How does a place allow this type of atmosphere I had my 5 years old and could not sit down because of the explicit music this is unacceptable for a public place. It's not a bar or a nightclub it's a family restaurant. Let's get these kids following basic health department rules. Play some Christmas music or something geez. I would not recommend this one i will suggest the one on st rose.

If you’re craving wings go somewhere else.. I got my food door dashed and my buffalo wings were dry with no flavor and my ranch was so runny it slid right off my veggie sticks.. I’m so upset I came all the way here to warn anyone that will listen

I had a bad experience today with this place. I have been going to that establishment for years and every Friday I place my order by phone. And unfortunately the manager at the place has changed and I have 2 weeks to place my order by phone. And they told me to wait a moment, they left me 5 minutes for every 3 calls in a row and today when I wanted to place my order they told me the same thing to wait, I hung up the call and got to the place and they didn't have anyone in line or ordering. and I told the manager this is my 2 bad experience that they have done to me over the phone. Dwarves! He only told me that he was attending to them who are there and I told him that last week they did it to me 3 times and they left me 5 minutes for each call, I had to hang up to call them again and they told me the same thing, wait 😔😔

They messed up my order on my bday and I let it go, 2nd time I called to request a refund. They said they would issue it but did not. Called for almost 2 months and the Manager is always on break & they offer to take my information to call me back.. at this point it’s Management that clearly has resulted in all these issues. Anyway I continue to let it go and I am nice when I call. I finally get a Manager to answer and she says their system is down, I explained the situation and she was upset lol like Woman your store made the mistake. Anyway I asked for her name she says “Donna” and hangs up on me ! Donna really needs to be demoted as she clearly cannot handle this role. And I was actually not rude to her or her staff, I can only imagine how she would react to someone who is giving her the same energy and rightfully so with the lack of accountability.

If you only have a single employee on staff that speaks English maybe you should instruct them to prioritize their in store customers rather than berate people for not being able to understand the people in the back. I felt very disrespected. Was just trying to pick an order up and the cashier could’ve easily taken two seconds to stop the phone call. But she was more than happy to threaten to not give me my order when I became frustrated.

My go to spot for chicken wings. Ordered online for easy grab and go. Not too busy when visited. Clean store and friendly staff.
The service was cool but the fries were so bad omg I never felt so much sadness in my life when I tried these fries. So nasty and gross I wish I would’ve checked the bag before I left. I also should’ve listened to the views. Don’t come to this location. Just tasting the fries made me feel like I don’t ever wanna go back. Going to try different locations.

Don’t come to this location, they are very incompetent, and a bit rude. Drive the extra miles to go to a better location.
1. If you want any specific request like well done fries or extra seasoning on the fries they usually never do it and the fries are always soggy.
2. If you buy an extra side of ranch they always miss it, so check your back before you leave
3. I alway ask for Mild and lemon pepper mixed into the wings. This is the only location that gives me a hard time on this. They can do the Hot sauce with lemon pepper but not the mild?.. that’s a first.
I ended up going to Buffalo Wild Wings instead. The manager at this wing stop location refused to take my $50 order because of my sauce request. I feel bad for the owner, losing money due to this.
