Couldn't get my order just because the delivery driver couldn't brake a $100.
My wife made an oder for pick up through grabbhub, and when I got there, the manager didn't want to give me the pizza even though it had my name written on it. She confused me with a delivery guy, and then she asked me to show her proof by showing her the app. Finally, my wife sent me a screenshot of the online oder, and the manager still refused to give me the pizza and wanted me to pay it again even though the receipt showed it was paid off. After holding me there and arguing for about 15 minutes, she proceeded to print out a receipt of my order and left me hanging while she went to the back. Right after, another employee came up to me to give me the receipt, the pizza, and an apology. He told me that the manager had been in a bad mood all night and not giving a care about the job at the moment. The pizza was cold by then, and I couldn't complain to anyone because the main problem of the restaurant was the manager and her bad attitude.

Double negative on the customer service, the worst customer service I’ve had in the looong time. Super rude!!!!!!!!! I was asked to repeat my order, followed up by “ if you wanna be rude I can just hang up on you” Jan. 27-24 8:30pm then hung up on.
