Wo Fat Chinese Restaurant is a locally owned gem offering a great selection of Chinese and Hawaiian cuisine. The staff is polite and welcoming, providing fast service. The crispy gau-gee and lunch specials come highly recommended. While not completely authentic, the food is delicious, especially the won ton noodle soup. Prices are fair and the quality is good, making it a go-to spot for no-frills meals. Located in the Marketon Market parking lot, it's a convenient and satisfying dining option. This family run joint has held line against inflation as best they can. They have a huge variety on the menu, with a lot of choices from noodles to chicken, pork, duck and vegetable options. The Mongolian beef lunch special is pretty solid, and the abalone soup, roasted duck, pork w/watercress and ham ha, crispy gau gee w/cake noodles are favorites. Oolong tea comes free with your meal, and jasmine tea is perfectly brewed. They do offer a lot of lunch special options which come with a combination of other items. It's a pretty good deal for the money and a family diner.
