I’ve been to every Yama location in town, but this one is the MVP. It’s the biggest, it’s open late, and the service is always efficient. Yama Sushi on Spring Mountain is not just a sushi restaurant - it’s a core memory. This was my first sushi spot when I moved to Vegas over 10 years ago, and since then, it’s been the site of raucous birthday parties, flirtatious dinner dates, and probably 50 pounds of salmon nigiri personally devoured. And if you’re planning a birthday dinner, this place is a great option because they have big tables and when everyone gets the same all you can eat deal, sharing rolls and splitting the bill is super easy.

Severly overpriced drinks. Normally I pay 750 to 850 for the mango sake. This visit it was 24 dollars. The sushi seemed reasonable I suppose. Normally the same roll I had was about 1250. I paid 1750 for the roll here. Just because it's Vegas doesn't mean I should be gouged.

This place used to be so great, now it's terrible! Sushi was awful and everything that used to be so great is now off the menu.

The sushi buffet in Las Vegas. All premium sushi for an unbelievable price. You must go here and try it out. The menu for rolls and sushi are huge.

For AYCE, they stuff you with a lot of rice, so be aware of that. The option for premium items is way more than what they charge in Chinatown, so if you can drive to Chinatown, you can skip this place. They charge $35 for the less premium option, similar place only charge $30 with all premium options.

Positive note, appetizers are great, service is really good. Salmon belly was really really delicious.

Super good,
The restaurant offers a wide choice of sushi, maki, etc. All meals are prepared fresh with fresh produce and it shows.

The restaurant also offers all-you-can-eat menus, but you have to be really hungry if you want to be "profitable".

I really recommend this restaurant.

Very large AYCE menu and reasonably priced. Lunch special for salad, miso, and any two AYCE rolls is a great deal. Rolls are healthy size and very tasty.
