I’ve relocated and new to the area. Came in for lunch and Carly was very welcoming. I ordered the Steak Bowl. Was delicious and the sashimi was very good too. Thank you so much Carly for being very welcoming. I definitely will be back on a Friday.
Food and service was good but be aware when the bill comes. I have no problem tipping well but claiming 50% is 20% is wrong.

This place is so great. Rosie is one of the best servers I've had in my lifetime. She created such a great environment and took care of our every need. And honestly all the employees were super cool. This is now a must-stop location every time we're in vegas!

It is what it is, as they say. A large beer selection is, almost universally, a good thing with the exception being if they aren't busy enough to regularly turn the kegs over. No issues with that here as it's regularly busy. A large food selection, on the other hand, is almost universally a bad thing. Because when you have 50+ dishes from all sorts of cuisines on the menu you're unlikely to be great at any of it because no one thing you order gets enough attention or practice.
All that said, this is among the best versions of this style restaurant that I've encountered. Never been disappointed, but also never been thinking about what I had 3 days ago and jonesing to go back. Combine that with a good beer selection, lots of sports on and at Red Rock... you end up with an above average spot.
