Jose the server did not immediately drop off share plates after we order our appetizers.
Food came out before the share plates were dropped on our table.
Did not coordinate with the kitchen to assure us the ETA on our food.
Had to be flagged on so many things.
Did not anticipate our needs such having sugar caddies when coffee and tea was ordered.
Very inattentive. Checked on us twice but did not clear our appetizer plate. Only when requested.
Took out the payment device on the table for what ever reason.
Always delivers on the taste! Yard House is my favorite scratch kitchen, hands down. You can never go wrong with the garlic noodles. I’m so glad they’re consistent no matter the city I’m in. Their top notch, quality food will keep me coming back.
