We come to Yellowtail every time we are in Vegas. Service is top-notch always. Food is beyond perfect and delicious.
Phenomenal!!!! Food was stellar. What a great surprise - incredible flavors. The cod was delicious and perfect All excellent to the dessert. Will be on our list every time.
We had to send the salmon back as it was incredibly fishy. Not really acceptable on a $180 omakase plus alcohol and an appetizer.
The ambience and mystery of the restaurant was fantastic and I really enjoyed it. The food was mediocre at best. In fact, you could probably get better sushi rolls outside the strip for order the price. I was shocked how mediocre the sushi rolls were. I highly discourage people from ordering rolls in this restaurant. The best one is the tuna pizza. I have been too better Akira back restaurants.
The wait for our reservation was long, the manager made up for it by comping drinks, which was nice.
The quality of the food was excellent. We didn't care for the pushy waiter trying to get us to spend more than we cared to spend. And the music was inappropriately “club” music that was very distracting.
Balcony seating was magical but I wasn't told in making the reservation there is a minimum $125 per person order out there. The restaurant did let us know ahead of time and for a special occasion it was worth it.
Absolutely delicious food, great ambience, and the wait staff was attentive but not too much, and very friendly. Perfect experience, and would definitely recommend!
We sat at the outside patio overlooking the fountains. We were there for over 2 hours. The fountain show made the whole experience exceptional. The one dish I would go back for would be the Filet Mignon Toban.
Yellowtail at the Bellagio offers a sleek, upscale dining experience with some of the best modern Japanese cuisine on the Strip. The sushi is exceptionally fresh, beautifully plated, and paired with creative flavors that elevate each dish. The atmosphere is vibrant yet refined, with a stunning view of the Bellagio fountains that makes the experience feel extra special. Service is attentive without being overbearing, and the cocktail list is as impressive as the food. A perfect spot for both a memorable dinner and a lively night out.

We asked the waitress to build us two platters one with McGeary and sashimi and the other was sushi and it was the best experience ever!
We order two items that never came. Edamame, and a spring salad. Sort of a bummer, as my husband is a vegetarian, so that was half his meal. They did give us a free dessert to make up for it, but would have preferred that they asked us what we wanted. Three mochis wasn't a really a hit. Overall, I probably wouldn't be back.
Wasnt bad wasnt great, in the notes they asked if it was a special day, I said yes my wife's birthday and our anniversary. We got there a few minutes early for a 630 reso, they promptly sat us but probably the worst table staring at the side door stairs. Ordered 2 cocktails, food then 2 glasses of wine. With tip we were over $400. I get it it's Vegas but for $400 ehhhh
This has been a favorite place for my husband and I since our first Vegas together. We have eaten at Yellowtail every trip since including birthdays and anniversaries. We love the sushi and the filet mignon toban. I always look forward to having an Infusion (drink) and was really sad to see that it is no longer on the menu. I am not a big drinker and look forward to this drink. The cocktail list is mainly vodka drinks now and no rum options. If this drink was available it would have been 5 stars across the board.
I love yellowtail I've been going to yellowtail for years and always keep his level of service and food the same very high ! Love the experience.
