My sister and I went in for fro-yo about a week ago instead of ordering through a delivery service and met the amazing Scarlet. She was so very sweet and helpful, and I had to come on here and let her know that she is appreciated very much.
The frozen yogurt from Yogurtland is delicious, we’re hooked. Scarlet made our experience even better and she deserves a raise.

Great place for frozen yogurt. So many toppings and you can adjust the price according to your diet. They literally charge by the ounce.

Not even time to close and they’re already deciding to clean out the flavors that customers really like. I’d get it if it was 5-10 minutes til close but definitely not 30-60 minutes early before closing. Shutting things down that early is not okay. Not sure why they’d do that but definitely knocking off stars for it.

Also, very odd they’d be cleaning so close to the customers to make them feel uncomfortable. Absolutely not ideal. You can wait until you lock up to clean the areas around customers.

why is it that every time i go in there floor is dirty tables dirty chairs dirty

Ice cream was great, but I asked to use their restroom and the employees said it was closed. It was 10:15pm the place closes at 11pm. Plus another customer came in and asked to use the restroom and the employee let them in. So rude!!

Went in with my mom because I thought we deserved a nice treat after I worked an exhausting 13 hour day yesterday. We've been here before and it's been fine, but we dont come here much. The floor and chairs were all filthy and covered in food from past customers. I saw there was a matcha flavor, wanted to try a it, and asked for a taster cup. Vaughn, who was standing behind the counter, advised that I could put a bit of the matcha yogurt in a normal sized yogurt cup, and that I could dip my finger into it to try it instead of offering a spoon or some other option. He then proceeded to glance at me every time he thought I wasn't looking. I paid separately for my and my moms yogurt. The strawberries looked wet and questionable. Went back inside after I already sat down to get receipts because they weren't offered to us before we left the building. The peach yogurt tasted sour like maybe it was curdled. I now remember why we don't come here much.

They said they were open till 10:30, then after a drive they had a piece of paper up saying they close at 9. Feeling: Betrayed.
