Dirty toppings area and melting yogurt all over the weigh station. The cashier didn't seem to care that she was putting the bag all over the melted yogurt either. Such a weird experience. Will not be coming here again.

Kids love this place and see why with all the choices and toppings to put and eat! Price is just right for all the ice cream and toppings and is done by weight. Not a lot of seating but they have outside seating too

I hate to write this because this place is so close to my house and I'd love to keep going but after 3 failures I can't give any more chances. The sauces near the register are a nightmare. The bottles are sticky and filthy to the point you can't touch them, and the pots with the pumps are always empty or not working. Maybe it's because children run the place, or maybe the owners just don't care. And why are the sauces there in the first place? While you're standing in line to pay your yogurt melts because the people currently paying take extra long because they're playing with all the sauces. 3 visits and the experience was exactly the same. I'll drive further and take my family to Menchie's.

This is a nice place to grab frozen yogurt. Great variety of flavors and toppings to enjoy.Easy access for parking.We went here today around 7:00 pm. It was busy. The boy at the register was very nice and polite (tall, skinny very young). What we didn’t appreciate is the service from Veronica who was with a rug wiping around the yogurt machines. First, it did not look professional because she didn’t excuse herself when passing in front of customers and frankly didn’t look sanitary.We found one small table available without chairs. We wanted to enjoy our yogurt inside, no chances to seat outside under 107 degrees. My husband tried to bring one of the chairs from outside but Veronica said no with a bossy attitude. We understand if that was not possible however, the tone she used to said no was questionable.A constructive feedback, keep an eye on your customers to give also opportunity to the incoming customers to sit. When we came there was a table full of kids with toys on the table and using extra chairs. Upon arrival they were not eating ice anymore, the cups were empty. We stayed there for about 25 minutes, we left and they were still there.You can have the most amazing place and great choices to offer but SERVICE IS KEY.

The staff is ALWAYS friendly and the fro-yo so good. Always clean and although busy, it never feels like that. The line is always moving and I don't feel rushed or like I'm waiting forever. Just a great experience all around.
