Boba House & Catch U Arcade

Catch U Arcade and Boba is a hidden gem in Vegas. The Yogurt x Purple Rice drink is a total sleeper hit way better than traditional boba. I grew up in Vegas and now spend most of the year in Hong Kong and parts of China, and this spot is easily top tier. The flavors are legit, and the vibe is fun and unique. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in town.

This was my first time coming back since they added the claw machines, and sadly, it was a total letdown.

It started with a menu taped to the window advertising matcha and coffee drinks. When I asked about them, the worker told me they don’t actually sell those items. A bit misleading, but I moved on. I then tried ordering a black tea ice cream drink with boba from their self-serve kiosk—only to be called up and told that wasn’t available either. If it’s not something you offer, why is it still on the kiosk? I don’t fault the worker however the store owner should update their system.

I settled for a black milk tea with sea salt cream. What I got looked like a glass of milk—completely off in color and taste. It was bland, watery, and had zero tea flavor. The boba was even worse: it tasted like it had been sitting in plain water instead of any syrup or sugar.

To top it off, the worker’s personal food was sitting out on the counter right next to all the syrups. Not exactly the most hygienic or professional setup.

Between the outdated menus, unavailable items, flavorless drink, and questionable cleanliness, this visit was a mess. The claw machines might be new, but it seems like quality overall has gone down. I won’t be coming back.

Really good purple rice drink, but the claw machines have definitely been changed so they don’t work. They don’t even try to pick anything up and the stuffed animals are tightly packed in so there is no chance of getting one out. Don’t waste your money on them.

The boba was cold and hard. We won nothing. We even tried the small ones and it was rigged. Only one table, i would give it a zero but that’s not a number so i give it a one.

This place is amazing , the staff is very kind and the drinks are amazing. The plushies are cute and will always come here for boba :)

The owner was so amazing and so sweet! She gave so many great suggestions on the drinks and the atmosphere is so cute and fun!! It’s a very beautiful. She’s an amazing person to be around!! 🫶🏽

The staff were amazing and super helpful friendly warm and nice it was an amazing experience there deserts are fantastic too !! I came by to propose to my fiance, and they even helped me put my card with a ring in it inside the machines . A plus service excellent individuals I highly recommend!!

This used to be my favorite place, but I have to say that their service is poor and the drinks are not very clean, they were on their phones while there were customers around, leaving only one person making drinks, which caused a long waiting time. That girl seems to be the manager.

Why do you guys bother having a sign that says you close at 10. This is the second time I showed up at 9:40 and you’re already closed. Fix your hours if you aren’t going to honor it pls 🙄
