The chefs are extremely knowledgeable, sharing insights about the dishes and their origins. The personalized attention and service from the chefs and waitstaff, who are from Japan, contribute to a memorable dining experience. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with a simple and nice decor. Presentation is a work of art, and the food is delicious on every single dish served.
