Well, you get what you pay for, don’t set high expectations. We chose this because it was last minute and all others booked out.

Made reservations at recommendation from my Japanese salon in LA. Everything was very good at Yui. The service was friendly and the food was excellent. The nigiri was all well prepared and since the rice quantity was small we didn’t feel overly full.

Dining at Yui Edomae Sushi felt less like going out for dinner and more like being invited into a quiet, reverent ceremony where every bite told a story. Chef Gen’s presence behind the counter was calm and confident, and it was fascinating to watch him work—each movement deliberate, each ingredient chosen with care. The omakase unfolded like a conversation: surprising, subtle, and occasionally breathtaking. There were moments—like the first bite of buttery nodoguro or the aged toro—that made me pause and just savor. Yes, it’s pricey, but the entire evening felt like a gift, a memory you keep tucked away for when you need to remember how extraordinary food can be.

We tried the Gansha Omakase, the number of varieties is good and tastes good too, however, each piece is about half of what you get in other high end sushi restaurants.

The best sushi place in Las Vegas. I've never tasted more delicious tuna. Everything looks so traditionally Japanese. I loved it. The service from all the staff is 10/10.

Went in 2022 twice and forgot to post. Definitely good to experience and check off the list of edomae available in Vegas. Probably come back again to see how different they gotten

Amazing dining experience, especially with the premium sake pairing, I felt like I was back in a two-star Michelin in Tokyo or Kyoto. Exceptional service. Fresh flown ingredients daily all top notch - Chef Kaz provides impeccable fine dining for some of the best, Japanese cuisine in Las Vegas. My highest possible rating

This was a total hidden gem. Not easy to find and way off the strip but worth all of the effort. The staff was very good, the sushi chef was extremely knowledgeable and shared lots of details about what we were eating, where it was from. The food was presented and executed very well. Lots of variety and a very large portion in total. Omakase is the only option on the menu so don’t expect to come in and order off menu. This omakase experience was very authentic and the food was top notch.

Great sushi and sake. The chef was very fun and knowledgeable. I loved the sake they paired with each course. I don't normally ask for seconds but my wife and I needed a second round of several pieces of fish. We've also had a lot of wagyu but this place was our favorite. We are excited to add this as another one of our stops on our future vegas trips!
