This was our first time here and wasn’t sure what to expect. As soon as you sit down the servers bring all sorts of side dishes that are meant to be eaten along side the meats. We ordered the 3 person beef+beef+pork shoulder+pork belly. All their combos come with the steamed egg soufflé bowl and a soup/stew or your choice.
