I saw they had a London Fog on their menu, and as I wandered before I got in line to order I noticed there were ceramic cups so I assumed they knew their coffee. The ordering process wasn’t pleasant, but I also recognize not all people are overly friendly but just cordial. I still felt like it was the ‘why are you taking me from my phone’ person behind the counter - but my excitement for my favorite drink was my goal. I at first went to the ‘incorrect area’ to ask about the drinks and this is where I saw the ceramic cups. She wasn’t kind. I then went to the counter. I chose not to order a pastry because I didn’t get a great response when I had a question about which one was more popular. When I placed my order, the person asked if I would mind a paper cup, but I felt I didn’t have a choice in the matter without being ‘that guy’. I also said no because I chose to change my perspective and I assumed maybe they were running low but was privately disappointed. Not the end of the world and it would be fine.

The imposter London Fog was given to me so hot I couldn’t drink it nor touch the cup for quite awhile. I sat and waited - then pulled off the top to help cool it off. It looked like milky water. I took a drink. Complete trash. I tried it again. The milkwater drink posing as a tea didn’t even taste like anything other than an old drink you’re forced to swallow because you’re choking and it’s what you got. I walked out.

I just wanted to support a localish business that wasn’t a chain conglomerate. Sad. There’s a sign stating you get a free pastry if you post a review. Well. Someone can take my pastry. At the end of the day - It’s not a hard drink you can make at home. It’s just better out and about!

The pastries get finished very quick, so plan to go in the morning. I did visit in the evening, so the
options were limited then. I took the pistachio cake and it was tasty.

Best cafe in the Venetian. The breakfast menu is great for a light breakfast or hearty one with omelettes, wraps, and sandwiches.

The selection of pastries is amazing and everything is delicious. Service is fast and the staff are great.

Terrible experience. Venetian has multiple good Italian restaurants, but this is not one of them. Caesar salad was just 4 stalks at 27 bucks (supposedly family sized, more like side salad size), pizza was Little Caesars quality at 30 bucks each, both of which hit the table about 10 mins after we placed the order, but the bottle of wine arrived after food arrived, wth? This place should be relocated to the Food Court. No wonder there were open tables at 6pm on a Saturday when everything else in Venetian was sold out, that should have been a tip off.

The food would have been better if their employees weren’t so inept. Giving certain customers paper plates is insane. It’s not worth the money or embarrassment.

This is one of our favorite cafe at the Venetian. The bakery items always hit the spot! Our visit today (Dec 24th) did not live up to our expectation perhaps because they were working with a skeleton crew. Our party of 5 ordered, croissants, coffee/tea, and the BLT Eggs Benedict without the bacon. The lettuce and tomato were super fresh and bread had been toasted nicely. However, the poached eggs were broken before they arrived on our table and the hollandaise sauce was grainy. We spent $145. This amount included a generous tip for serving us over the holidays.

They offer a creative set of bakeries. Not sure tho if the bakeries are made the same day or not. The pistachio filling was tasty

Worst zeppole I’ve ever had. The dough was tough and overall flavour lacklustre. Should’ve known better than having zeppole in Vegas.

One of the worst food experiences in LV. Beautiful setting the most amazing location but food bad. This would be one of the episode of Gordon Ramsay episode when he sends back every single dish. Our steak was frozen inside wasn’t even cooked when we complained the Ticket reheated it and brought it back. We expected to go there four of us to spend big money. We ordered $250 bottle of wine and we wanted to have fun, but what fun when the food sucks and the management does not care. I must admit the restaurant was full and many people just were enjoying the food so I don’t know what was going on. Perhaps the management has enough business they don’t care about one or two customers.

Got two plain cannolies and the taste of the filling was just off. We could not finish them though we tried. Huge disappointment.

We ordered the Fettuccine Alfreado, and it had very little alfredo sauce...so dry, one with shrimp...4 for $12. Ordered 2 margaritas and so sour. Very disappointed and the were small and $26 each!! Our total bill was $143!!! Such a disappointment....... they charged for bread, too.

Pastry was not very fresh. Try to get a sandwich but the price was way too much for what we were getting. The lady at the counter was very nice.
