This will be our last visit to Bubba Gump. Big disappointment for my husband and my sister visiting from NC. Their dinner was delivered cold and tasteless. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

Overall experience was fine, staff were very nice. Only complaint was the food, the fish wasn't crispy, batter tasted like it was sitting for a while. And the hush puppies were gooey in the middle, I don't know if that's normal for bubba gumps but I've never had a hush puppie with that texture before. A little disappointed for considering the price, but the staff made the night great so I guess it balanced out. The bang bang shrimp was perfect!

Our Anniversary 23 yrs.. We had a very wonderful time at Buppa Gump at Golden Nugget in Laughlin. All the employees are very wonderful.Our waiter Larry was amazing

Not real positive on food. Chowder was excellent. Bloody Mary's were unique. Fried shrimp was small not real tasty. Unique concept. Will probably not go back. If I would- it would be a bowl of chowder and a shrimp cocktail.

Me and my wife ordered. The Jenny and I ordered the Pole.Boy sandwich , and can I tell you it was Really good the service was outstanding.Didn't have to wait too long to get a table we'll be back again thank you.

The food was good I got an appetizer with shrimp hush puppies chips and anchovies dip. Also chicken strips. It came with 3 dips also that were good. My wife ate shrimp new Orleans. She liked it and it was cooked perfectly. My stepson had fish and chips coleslaw, hush puppies also! He ate it all. Drinks were salty with a drink that cost 12$ but it needed more alcohol. Asked for lemons in ice water. Never got any but the water was so atrocious that I had to order a beer. It tastes like river water. And last but not least the food was not really hot. The waitress was good.

We were seated right away we had a reservation, the waitress greeted us immediately. She took our drink order and our appetizer order. Then she took our dinner order. The food came pretty quick, it was hot and correct. Three of us ordered the ribeye with shrimp, and I got just shrimp. It was hot it was crispy and very tasty.
Arrived 40 mins before 9pm, which is time posted. Ignored by multiple staff. Finally girl walks up to let us know they are closed. When asked closing I was told 8. Posted time is 9, not only online but on the tv screens right in front of us. It’s not difficult to change times online. Paid $20 one way water taxi for a party of 4 just to eat there. Could have addressed us much earlier as well with all the staff that had seen us..
Update: No resolution, felt as though I was pushed off the phone. Employee at the restaurant said it was new closing times and person on the phone said the casino sets the time they closed based on traffic and seemed disinterested during call. No consistent communication, was told I would receive something in the mail that never came, followed up with an email and did not receive response.

I never give reviews but I couldn't pass up sharing my experience here at Bubba Gumps! The food was so amazing but what made our experience worth every penny was our fantastic server! Rose went above and beyond taking care of our party! Not only was she so attentive and knowledgeable, she was fast and super friendly even when she had multiple tables to care for! Any question I had he answered with patience. She is definitely one of the best servers I've ever had! Thank you Golden Nugget! We will be back! The level of expectation was phenomenal

Every dish served was exceptional. I prefer to eat inside away from the windy water. Sign up for a Landry's card and they'll give you $25 to sign up and another $25 in your birthday month!! Use at an restaurant. My favorite is getting a pound of garlic shrimp free ?
