I recently dined here and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our waitress, Rose, was absolutely fantastic, warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from recommending dishes to checking in just the right amount. Her positive and bubbly attitude really elevated the entire meal. And the clam chowder? Simply incredible. Rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, easily one of the best I’ve ever had. You can tell it’s made fresh with quality ingredients. Between Rose’s exceptional service and the delicious food, this restaurant is an absolute gem. I’ll definitely be coming when in the area next.

Not very burnt food boasts a lot and the pissing does not attend to you as it should be. 0 out of 100 I don't eat food for no taste

Garbage on floor never picked up. Menu has changed, dish shrimp New Orleans has changed taste drastically from six months ago to date I no longer like it. Person in our party was given wrong order then had to wait for her dinner. No more bubba hot sauce is offered. It will take a long minute before we go back

Larry was our waiter and he was THE BEST waiter by far. Interacted, attentive, very funny. We will continue to come back to this location just to have him wait on us. We go several times a year.

This was by FAR AND AWAY, the worst experience I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. We came in with a large group after a day or racing. The waiters took around 15-20 minutes to bring us waters. WATERS somehow took that long to bring out. When we finally ordered food after about half an hour of waiting, AGAIN after waiting for water and other drinks, the food comes out about 45-60 minutes later. The food, for the most part, was over cooked, cold, and some meals didn’t even come out. We had to remind the waiters of meals that didn’t come out with the others. Add onto everything else, after the meal, the restaurant couldn’t use their computer system to split the check. We had to figure that part ourselves to slurp the check based on what each person received or didn’t receive.

Food, drinks, & Kat (our waitress) were great. Restaurant was noisy with a lot of birthday singing - 3 within an hour. We will return, maybe just during the week when hopefully it will be quieter.

I ordered the shack shrimp mac and cheese and was highly disappointed because it didn't come with the bread crumbs as pictured. I did a pick up order and was disappointed to see it missing. Google says it comes with the bread crumbs but when you ask the restaurant they said they don't do that anymore. Bubba Gump you need to change your pictures if this is true. laughlin location Oct 9th 2025.
