“We were staying the night at the hotel and after a fun day on the river we saw a special at PT's Express for $10, a cheeseburger french fries and a soda. We ended up getting that and the burger was one of the best ones I've ever had the fries were also delicious and crisp. What a great deal in Laughlin. They were a little busy and once we placed our order it was about 15-20 minutes before we got the burger but it was worth the wait. They had a special for a $3 footlong hot dog, maybe we'll try that next time we saw the people next to us eating it and it looked really good.“

However, the service provided was excellent, with the staff being attentive and friendly. Overall, it was a generally positive dining experience, despite the issue with the fries. I will consider returning in the future for another meal.“

“Well it was 4 in the morning and I was trying to use my app. Wasn't working so I showed the guy at⁰ the counter. He ended up honoring the points and was extremely helpful and polite. His name is Denmark and he deserves a raise. Amazing service and great at his job.“

“Overall rating is lower based on 45 minute wait. We ate here twice during our stay. Both times there was a long wait to be sat at the table, another time we went elsewhere. Table service was great and food was good, as expected. We ordered from the specials which are a great value. Jay was our server and he anticipated our needs in advance. Lovely view of the river. Thanks to everyone who fed us this morning. :-)“
