The staff running the front door were horrible to each other and the customers. The biscuits and gravy were amazing but my wifes breakfast burrito not so much

Weve eaten here many times over the years and never disappointed. Have always enjoyed our meals regardless of time of day.

The food was mediocre, salads were pretty delish. I had prime rib hubby had hot beef, the food was similar to cruise food. It was not as busy as other places so gave it a try! Paul C was our server he was cool but Carol the manager was extremely rude. As we were conversating with Paul she walked up and told him stop talking and clear the plates. She continued to be mouthy with other employees as we walked out. She's extremely unprofessional!

The food was downright offensive. The veggies were obviously canned or frozen. The mashed potatoes were alright, unseasoned. The worst offender was the “salmon,” which was burnt, dry, and also unseasoned. It was very bad. My other party members also had messed up food. They asked for medium-rare on their steaks/burgers. All food came out well done. However, the wait staff were very friendly.

We came down on 4th of July weekend for a nice vacation. When we first ate at the cafe the service was decent but not great. The food however was huge and delicious. The second time we went to eat at their cafe was a different experience. Service was abysmal. The server took about 5-10 minutes to get our drink order and it wasn't even busy. Then after we did order, the server brought out my wife's salad, my entree and no drinks. We had to ask again for them. And in top of it, my wife ordered prime rib medium and it was closer to well. They gave us a lame excuse about different cooks cooking it. I've been a cook and that's never the case. Oh, I forgot to mention that server did not check on us until we were basically done eating. I don't know if I would ever eat there again.

The place was nice. Service was lacking to say the least. The food was terrible, rushed. Pancakes were undercooked and the hash browns, asked for extra crispy, were burnt. I ate it, i was hungry. With so many options nearby this was the worst so far.

This place was absolutely terrible. While the service and atmosphere seemed decent, the food was just awful. I love me some biscuits n' gravy, but their canned version of it that they advertise was barely edible, and super processed tasting. The sausage pattys had zero flavor, just unbelievably bland. They did get the hashbrowns right, however even the glass of water had a very strong chlorine smell to it. We joked that they had just scooped it out of the pool, as neither of us could drink it. I had a stomach ache and felt sick all day after the mistake of trying this place. It was disappointing, as the other places in Aquarius have had decent food. Do yourself a favor and go to Bumbleberry Flats in the Pioneer for breakfast. Pretty similar pricing, and waaaay better food.

Yikes! Where is Management? Lots of employees doing nothing. Horrible service. I originally walked away after being looked at by a couple employees & not being seated. I came back a couple hours later, because let’s face it, restaurants are scarce here. Wish I would have just stayed away. Absolutely horrible service from the second you enter until the second you leave. It was appalling to watch 2 different tables get up and leave because they had not been acknowledged in a very long time. I almost followed suit. Ordered the eggs benedict and was so embarrassed for the server having to deliver such an unappetizing plate to a customer. It looked like they took half an egg mcmuffin and put a blob of velveeta on top. There was no way I was sending anything back. Eat it and get the heck out. I asked for the check upon food delivery. And will NEVER return. All the free comps in the world could not get me to dine there again.

It took 45 min to be seated in an open room with probably 30 empty tables by rude staff members. Once in the restaurant, it's unorganized. It looks like someone dropped random tables in a room. Management clearly forgot this place.

A bunch of employees milling around, yet zero service. Was seated, then ignored. I wasn't the only one getting the shaft either. Ended up leaving the hotel to eat someplace else. Very inconvenient! But evidently it's a common theme from what I've read.
