We drop by to this place coz it was close to the hotel where we stayed at. We had breakfast. My concern was the loud bang of plates & utensils from their dirty dishes cubicle. Bussers creating noise that can be heard in dining area. It's so annoying. Supervisors should be aware of this.

Terrible food, it’s like left overs served and no taste. Totally needs an update and better

1/6/24 - This place has a good deal going on where for the price of $9, you can get a hamburger served with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and pickles all on the side; a soda or iced tea of your choice; and a side of fries. For my beverage, I got the iced tea, but unfortunately, it wasn't a sweetened iced tea. It did come with a lemon and there was sugar and sweeteners on the side for you to add into your drink if you wanted to. The fries were most definitely frozen fries, but they were still good and had a nice crunch and taste to them. The burger itself with the different add-ons was pretty standard. There aren't many people eating there at the cafe, so you're likely to be seated quickly. However, there aren't that many people working there, so that's where you may have to wait for someone to attend to you. Our waitress was nice and friendly. Usually with large parties, they're automatically forced to charge 20% gratuity, but she chose not to bill it and we ended up tipping her instead. There's an In n' Out across the street a few hotels down. The hamburger combo costs $7.55. If you don't mind the difference in quality, the convenience of being able to stay in your hotel and still get a similar deal for a couple dollars more is reasonable.

Prime French dip was overcooked and greasy. Au jus was awful, like a watered Maggie. Crossaint on a sandwich was hard as a rock. Too bad because the service was good.

Our waiter Bill was polite with excellent customer service. The food was fantastic. Made me want to try everything on the menu. My 15 yr old says the breadstick that came with the Caesar salad is fire and the salad itself has the freshest tasting lettuce with the best ranch dressing.

We went for breakfast fairly early on a Sunday. We were seated promptly, and Susannah took great care of us as our server. She was on top of refills and making sure we had everything we needed (3 kinds of hot sauce, yum!) Unfortunately, I was hungry and didn't take pictures, but the breakfast was a good value, pretty decent diner fare. The bacon was perfectly crispy, probably the best we've ever had at a restaurant. The scrambled eggs were nice and creamy, the poached eggs were done perfectly, the biscuits and gravy were good (I've had better, but it was still pretty good), the coffee is good, too. At $4, it better be. The hashbrowns and corned beef hash are pretty standard but good. The sausage potatoes were just ok, but not bad. I would definitely come back! Update, we did come back. This time, we brought a big group and Susannah was our server again. Absolutely no sweat for her, she handled us perfectly. Thank you!!

Remodeled and large! Service was very good and food was pretty good. The eggs Benedict is really good but the BALT sandwich was too much bread & lettuce. Patty melt was also descent.

Good solid breakfast was had. I would go back when visiting again. Great staff and great view of the river.

Food in here was average at best. The service was slow but when they did get to us they were helpful. Not too high expectations eating in a casino restaurant that is huge but yet very few people actually sitting in there. Don't plan on going here again, unless I'm absolutely starving.

I have difficulty waking and I needed to use the restroom... I had to leave the restaurant and walk across the casino in order to do so .. nothing is ADA compliant. So if you have mobility issues I guess you just don't need to gamble or go to the restaurants thereParking: If your handicapped good luck finding parking most of it is reserved for valet and there are only two handicap parking per level

Cafe was very busy, and there was about a 25 min wait. Have been here several times before and the food has always been exceptional. However, today, maybe because of the large crowds, food was definitely disappointing. Had ordered my go to sausage, mushroom and Swiss omelet (which was to include diced tomatoes), but received an omelet with green pepper, lots of onion, maybe 2 mushrooms and 1 piece of sausage (that was very under cooked), no tomatoes and a slice of Swiss cheese on top that was not even melted, and the hashbrowns were very dry and over cooked. I understand they were busy, and i ate what i could, but as i was leaving, told the host about the meal, all she said was the kitchen was very behind. I would rather wait a bit longer than have food I didn't order and not cooked correctly.

We walked into an almost empty restaurant during lunch hour. I should've listened to the hint. Food was lousy, cold, hard, tough. We waited over 20 minutes for our order to be brought to our table. They should've kept it. The overly-tattooed waitress was unfriendly, and frightening. I felt guilty for ordering, but now know we should've walked out. We'll never, ever return and I suggest you take your appetite and hard earned money elsewhere.
