I needed sustenance for the drive home and decided to get a Mini French Dip Sandwich with a side of Au Jus the least expensive item on the menu coming in at $8.59. I ordered at 11:09am and didn't get my food until 11:40 something. Hoping it'd be worth the wait, I was disgusted. It's awful either too much salt or not enough, it ain't worth it. Just do yourself a favor and drive to the Arizona side and go anywhere else where you'll spend less money and get something better.

This is NOT a fast food restaurant. Your sandwich is made to order after you order and pay. The sandwiches are fantastic (Philly cheese steak.) Just be prepared to wait about 20 minutes. Good fresh food and worth the wait.

It's a 20 Minute Wait for Philly Cheese Steak. It was Freshly Grilled with all the Trimmings. Bread was Perfect! Lots of Cheese, Meat and Flavor. 👍

Huge sammies, super tasty, friendly staff. Got the American wagyu cheesesteak with sweet peppers and man was that a great sandwich! The price is super fair for the size of the sammies and it gives you a few meals out of it too.

The wait time is absurd. 6 weeks ago I ordered 2 sandwiches. An hour later. Nothing. I had to leave for my concert. I had been told a 20 min wait. Waste of 30$. Today. 3rd in line. 15 minutes waiting to order. The workers look so bored and miserable. The order talker was cold. No thank you. No meeting my eyes. I’m now waiting for my food. 20 minutes and nothing. Thank God I came early this time. I know help is hard to find but you need better people. Harder workers. The ones from today obviously don’t like their job. As much as I love the sandwiches here the wait is not worth it I’ll go to in and out first. At least they pretend to be nice and there faster.

I've been driving here 3 times from Phoenix on Sunday afternoons around 5:00 pm and the place was already closed when it was supposed to close at 7:00 pm, that doesn't seem fair to me.

Maybe be open when when you say you are. Went to try for the first time at 4:30 in the afternoon and you were closed but the sign and google say open till 7pm. Won’t be back

I went last week, Tuesday at 11am, to get a sub. They were not open. Casino attendant stated that they are not open Monday thru Wednesday. Yet, everything online states that they are open.

Apparently they don't pay well enough for people to work for them.

Talked to someone in their corporate office: she just laughed about it and stated they are opening up a shop across the river in Bullhead ..... in a year. OK...maybe in a year from now I will go back. That's if they actually open up a shop.

Took my cousin here and she opened her sandwich and we were pretty thrown off how her sandwich was that we just laughed it off. But still not cool to have photos of a sandwich to expect and what you receive is no where near how it looks on their menu. Staff was friendly and maybe it wasn't their day but sandwich was super sad and disappointing.

This place is not what it used to be. This is the worst sandwich I've ever had from there it is so soggy it fell apart from the middle. Don't waste your money 👎
