Food was delicious. Service was good early in the morning. Nowhere to see though.

This morning I waited in line and no one was there, security came and looked all around for the workers. If you are going to have a place open please schedule accordingly.

This Cinnabon was inside Harrah's Laughlin. Turns out, the guy that waited on me was the owner. Lazy, apathetic attitude. They had no butter, and charged $8.50 for a cinnamon roll. Charges an upcharge if you use a credit card. Complained about his customers and the public in general out loud. Had ear buds in both ears and was tuned out, listening to music. Said he makes money in the summer only, but the rest of the year it's a charity exercise. Nice. Buy an In-N-Out franchise then.

Food was good but customer service was terrible. It seems as if the managment didint know who they hired. The person who took my order was sarcastic and seemed to me as when she approached she asked “what do you want” which made me feel disrespected and disgusted.
The guys that work there were very friendly and helpful. Loved grabbing a warm cinnamon roll to finish the night off.
If I can rate a zero, I would. Just left very upset. First off Cashier missed one of our orders. I mentioned she missed a ice coffee and she snapped back, well you didnt order it. I had her charge me one and she turns around and starts bickering to her coworker about it, her co worker looks at me and rolls her eyes. While waiting,she AGAIN got someone else's order wrong!! The girl that rolled her eyes was making my coffee and asked me if I wanted whip cream, I said no. SHE STILL PUTS WHIP CREAM!! At this point my husband was over it and told me to bite my tongue and leave. I'm in awe they would hire people like this. No customer service acting like they are in high-school, so immature. The workers there act miserable. I would hate for someone to go through what I went through.

We went there to enjoy it but there were no hours on here and the employees were rude to us. The place was dirty. Only one person and that's it. We were left disappointed.
The guy that works the afternoon from 4-9 is amazing knows his job and how to interact with the customers in my opinion no one has customer service skills anymore. This guy could teach a class. the customer service is 10 stars! From me! Thank you for making our shot experience at Cinnabon great for our family.
A pretty average cinnabon. Rolls are freshly made and still warm. Service is so so. They seem to share the same employees with Red Mango which is right next door. Prices are high as expected for a casino. They do not accept Ceasar's Rewards.

Worst Cinnabon ever. People in front didn't look like they wanted to be there, not very friendly. They gave what looked like days old bun, very hard at the bottom and not warm..probably left overs. Have come to expect much more from such a franchise thanks for not meeting any expectation.
The little red hair girl was VERY rude to my child because he set his cup in front of the stand , instead of asking him politely to move it she gave a 11 year old so much attittude and rudeness the fact everyone so it. That was such horrible attittude . She's lucky she was working

The cinnabons were amazing! We picked up one when we found out our plane was delayed. They were nice and fresh and warm! Delicious!!
This is not what I expect from Cinnabon and would not return if it were my first experience with the franchise.
