Beautiful location, right next to the lobby which has beautiful trees and water feature. The food was amazing like always and our waitress was amazing, However we did have an issue with a lot of run around about whether or not we could get the pot pie which was the only thing I wanted and after back and forth and mistakes on their end multiple times and us waiting 30 minutes for them to make one the waitress and manager apologized so much and said they would take it off the bill for all the inconvenience but when the bill came it wasn't removed. Not going in looking for anything free we paid the bill and didn't make a big deal about it. It just sucks that we had such a bad experience that they both said not to worry about it but still proceeded to not take care of us in any form. We still tipped our waitress who was very apologetic about all the problems but whatever situation happened with the manager in the first place and miss communication really ruined our dinner.

I like the food here. I like atmosphere and the service. I ordered a steak, medium well but received well done. That's why I am giving 4 stars. The lemonade was not sweet enough but the rice pilaf and the shrimp pasta were good! Located inside Golden Nugget as soon as you walk in.

They're Chicken Pot Pie is the best. My husband likes their Clam Chowder. But once there, you're tempted to go gamble after you've dined since it's in the Golden Nugget Casino. How can you not?
Ok ……. I’m not sure where to start.. our appetizer we ordered was the calamari …. And no joke it was absolutely horrible!!!! It smelled like rotten fish and no way were we going to eat it!!! When we informed our server who was actually very sweet she offered to bring us another… which was not happening. At that point we actually lost our appetite and asked to cancel our meal order and just bring us the check for our drinks. The manager came over and we couldn’t believe what came out of her mouth… she said I understand that you don’t like our seasoning we use… we were like what???? Our response was no the calamari is bad and definitely should not smell like that… again I asked for the bill and our server did bring it to us… if I was the manager I would have apologized like crazy and and would have said there is no bill and have a nice day! I have family that lives close by and they said avoid Claim Jumper at all costs.. they have had similar experiences … we have eaten at many other CJ locations and have always been happy… STAY AWAY!!!!!

They told us by phone there annual Vetrans dinner was today so we drive 60 miles only to be told it was tomorrow. The manager very was rude about it. On top that they have cut back on there portions. Un-Happy Customers!

Service was good. Seemed that the lagged just a little bit. But above all else... kind and courteous. Clean and for the most part quiet... good place to stop in at when you want a sit down restaurant on a road trip for real food. (Not fast food)

Bad Service from person that greets and sits the customer in the front on Tues evening, seemed more interested in chatting with co-workers than doing her job, unfriendly, and uncompromising, we didn’t even sit down, chose to leave, bad way to do business with a restaurant appearing to struggle… Won’t be back… Chose to eat at Guy Fieri’s in Harrah’s instead, think about that next time you are just clock watching and going thru the motions…

Can’t answer for the food or service because they have changed their hours and close at 8:00 pm. The cashier was rude and dismissive. Wouldn’t go back if it free! No excuse for rude behavior. No sign posting it was closed. Be professional! Do better!
