Our experience was excellent and the customer service is top notch.

The food is definitely not mediocre well worth the money. It definitely took care of the craving of a burger.

Larry the manager was excellent thank you very much for being kind and very respectful and great customer service.

The absolute WORST chicken wings I have ever had before. The food is all OVERPRICED, and not even tasteful nor good quality. Would NOT recommend. Much better options in the area. If you're looking for good wings and burgers, The River Dog Grill in Bullhead, is always a hit and a local favorite with great food and fair prices! Also, In-N-Out never disappoints!

Solid burger! Onions are a little strong so I say 86 those. We added ketchup and mustard to ours and it was just what it needed. Green Chile would make it even better. Service was fast and friendly. Worth a visit.

I've only had fatburger a couple times in my life. I ordered a XXXL and pointed to the picture, which shows cheese on every patty. I get the burger with 3 patties and no cheese.. I asked why it didnt have cheese. I told them they could just put the cheese on the burger already made. He puts 2 slices of cheese on just the top patty. It was pretty disappointing for the cost of the meal. Nice people but disappointing experience.

Had the pleasure of visiting the Laughlin location multiple times over the last week. The crew working was very calm, chill, and professional. They seem to work well together, and were quick to sort things out. Somehow, Fatburger was a shining light of customer service and good food in the hellscape of mediocrity that is the Riverside casino.

The absolute worst in customer service for a fast food restaurant. As a local resident, I eat at many of the local establishments. I have tried to order from this restaurant at least a half a dozen times and have yet to have anybody offer to take my order. All things considered, the food is not that good. Why bother spending my money here?

The chicken tenders were fine but this is a burger restaurant!! I had the skinny burger and it was amazing!! Great tasting burger!!

THIS FAR BURGER IS A FLOP LOCATION. VERY SLOW SERVICE. Definitely need more employees. Onion rings tasted like old grease, skinny burger was made wrong, dirty tables (I'm thankful I got it to go) , and I paid 22.00 just to get up to my room and throw it in the bin. I threw enough money away in the slots and just wanted a good burger. Larry was visibly overwhelmed. What happened to the great fresh burgers and friendly staff?. 1 out of 10. Would NOT recommend and won't be back.

When they have them the turkey burgers and veggie burgers are delicious but, the grill was down that they use to make them the entire week of my trip. Very frustrating and the employees were not nice about it after I waited 30 minutes for the place to very slowly open to find out I couldn't wat there anyway. Also, making the burgers is very very slow. Be prepared to wait.

Vegetarian options: Great veggie burger if the grill is working. French fries also great.

This was my first experience at a Fatburger restaurant. I found my order to be very good.

I only had the Original Fatburger combo and I thought the burger was great. The burger was tender and juicy with fresh veggies and some flavorful relish and mustard. There were a lot of toppings but they all worked together well.

My Skinny Fries were great; they were crispy enough to give a nice crunch without being hard.

As for the Maui Banana Shake, I enjoyed that flavor. The shake was just the right amount of thickness and was a great way to finish off the meal. I just don’t plan on adding whipped cream to my shake next time.

Overall, this Fatburger location did a fantastic job. If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely order from them again.

Vegetarian options: While the Impossible Burger is the vegetarian option here, I don’t believe this place is a good option for vegetarians.

The food, the burgers, are outrageously good. I’ve been to In-N-Out Burger here in Laughlin at least a dozen times and this place is better. The only problem is they are a little slow after 12 minutes. I inquired about my food and it was ready after about 15 minutes And they were not busy at the time and there were three guys working. I think they really like tips I didn’t add a tip to my card. I just threw five dollars in the bucket. Anyway, the food is awesome if you can afford the wait. Also, it’s very pricey. Two original burgers, an order of onion rings and a large Pepsi ran over $32 and they want you to tip on top of that just to warn you ahead of time.

Came in to grab a quick bite before a concert. Waited in line for nearly 15 min while the guy at the register counted, and re-counted the money in the register. Not a single staff member, or staff supervisor, had the sense to open another register to alleviate what was becoming a bottleneck wait line.

Furthermore, the order came out incorrect and was missing the $1.29 cheese we paid for. I wasn't about to wait in another line so we just ate and left. We weren't expecting white glove service at Fatburger, but what we got was totally inexcusable.
