Derive was fast food was excellent we had the fish tacos , home made guacamole, potatoes funfido excellant Our server was the absolutely the best
Very nice experience..terrific waitress, great food, nice ambiance. The guacamole was the best we've ever had in a restaurant, truly exceptional.
We ate here on a Thursday night and it was a bit crowded (there was a special multiplier and charter in town). The wife and I split an order of chicken fajitas with an added chicken breast ($5 upcharge), since a single chicken breast isn't enough for 2. Combined with the complimentary chips and salsa, we had plenty to eat. Service was ok for how busy it was. The server was very attentive and made suggestions for our meal. Prices are a little high but if you are a Caesars Rewards member you can pay with Rewards Credits, food credits, and celebration dinners.
I can’t explain how excited we were to finally try one of Guy’s restaurants. As soon as we confirmed our stay at Harrah’s, I booked an 8pm reservation at this restaurant for our first night (Monday). We were immediately seated but to our surprise the restaurant was nearly empty. The host gave us menus once seated and water followed shortly after. The waiter stopped by to greet us and said he would return to get our order. Then nothing. We were left sitting there for another 20 minutes before the complimentary chips and salsa arrived, again our waiter said he would be back to take our order. Now for the chips and salsa, one of the highlights of any Mexican restaurant, the salsa was good but the chips were visually greasy with some spice, that added no flavor, making them look burnt. Make note: chip refills cost $1 which we opted not to do since we didn’t eat the ones we had. At the 30-minute mark he finally returned. Friendly, with a welcoming smile, we placed our order. Mini trashcan nacho for me and the flag trio enchiladas for my friend. No drinks. The food did arrive promptly. And it looked amazing. Sadly, that is where the positives end. The trio was supposed to be a combination plate that included 3 different meat enchiladas (pork, chicken, beef) with beans and rice. All 3 lacked any seasoning, and you could not distinguish the different meats. The rice was bland and the beans were lackluster. Just a full plate of disappointment. But if you are on a bland, no sodium diet this would be the meal for you. Not what you would expect from a Guy Fieri restaurant. Now for their signature trash can nachos. It did come out in a little can which the waiter lifted off in a presentation attempt, but it would have been nice if this was an interaction that the diner could have done themselves. The nachos had a nice array of food elements dispersed throughout. It was not spicy hot, but there were sauces on the table you could add if needed, which I did not. Not sure if I had a reaction to something in the nachos but the roof of my mouth became irritated with a numbness that kept me from further consumption. It appears that our expectation was greater than the reality. Not worth the hype or money!

We ordered the pork enchiladas. They tasted processed and didn't smell like pork. Salad was the only good.
The service was excellent. The cocktails were outstanding. The nachos was delicious and so was my fish tacos. I would have given the food an outstanding rating for taste, however my food was not hot when I received it.
Excellent service and everything was delicious The best restaurant in Harrahs Laughlin hands down. The Range should take lessons on how to run a restaurant and cook.
Definitely one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed the night at in my life. We thought because the restaurant was Guy Fieris, the food would be quality and delicious. We were very wrong. Probably the worst Mexican restaurants I ever been to. Staff was very nice and friendly but the food was just awful. If you cannot make a Carna Asada burrito you’re definitely in trouble. I’m surprise he lets his name be on this restaurant. He must never visit his restaurant.

Went to this restaurant in Laughlin on December 4 2025.. very disappointed in our meal. Shared a shrimp fajitas with date and could not believe they used the smallest shrimp I've ever seen. Looked like canned shrimp. Will never eat there again. Very poor quality in every way possible 😕

A friend of my husband's took us here for dinner on our weekend stay @Harrahs Laughlin. My husband and I were very disappointed. My street tacos were the worst I've ever had. The carne asada had an awful taste. Only the beans tasted good. My husband ordered the combo, choosing one of his items as a fish taco. My husband states he couldn't tell that he received fish. We both would never consider this place again.

A few days at Harrah’s generally was a good experience but this restaurant stood out as a real sore spot on the property. The food tastes like it came out of a pre made package. Fairly pricey for what is bland and boring food. We were disappointed despite the staff being kind and likable. No chance I dine here again.

We had delicious food here! Taco salads were fresh with tasty dressing. I had the mini trash can nachos. They were soo good!! Plenty for 2 people. My husband had the red chili enchiladas with burracha beans and he loved it. Cadillac Margaritas were exactly what I wanted! Can’t wait for another visit. Staff was so friendly

Only providing three small tortillas with a Fajita dinner isn't enough. Them to charge additional for a few more is nickeling and dimeing customers.
Overpriced, room temperature burrito. I won't be back.
