We have not been here for a while, and the food quality has gone very downhill. Paid $20 for the Green hatch chili enchiladas, and they were cafeteria quality. Mushy and the chicken tasted old. No flavor to the rice, which was like eating plain minute rice. I ordered the refried beans but got regular no flavor beans. My husband's Cadillac Margarita was the only good thing we ordered. Also, the table was sticky & gross that my phone was sticking to the table. The food is very overpriced for the quality, and for Guy being the Mayor of Flavortown flavor is not what you will be getting in this restaurant. Our waitress was very sweet & kind and did her best as they were very busy.

First time eating at one of Guys restaurants. I was not impressed with the food. The margarita tasted like they use a mix but the bar tender Paul was lovely.

First of all the staff is amazing, everyone is super nice especially Ms. Laura ❤️ ….. we came to Laughlin with our family we saw the restaurant and were extremely curious because we watch Guy Fieri and love all his shows. So we decided to make a reservation, when we got to the restaurant like I said all the staff was super sweet and very professional….. when the salsa and chips came out, we thought not spicy at all but omg the flavor was good. Menu states “authentic Mexican food” …. As a Mexican I can say this food was definitely NOT authentic. My partner got the beef fajitas, my son a burrito, my other son the taco salad, my daughter the chimichanga, and I got the enchiladas. We all ended up leaving most of the food, my plate came with 2 enchiladas and rice and beans I ended up eating only 1 and a little bit of rice and beans ……. Well that was enough to get me sick …… since we were visiting from out of town we actually had a long drive, that was my first meal for the day. I got to the room around 9 by 2 am I was in the bathroom sick to my stomach… the restaurant is a let down. Guy Fieri should definitely come and try this food….. this restaurant was NOT it. Please be careful visiting this place.

Ordered a mini trash can nachos. Never again! I wouldn't have fed my dog those. They were soggy and disgusting.

My husband and I ordered the fajita to share but wanted a combination with steak & shrimp 1/2 & 1/2, but we were told that it would be an additional ~$8 for the shrimp. The food looked good but considering that Guy Fieri does food taste testing on his shows, the taste of the meal was disappointing. The chips were good but the salsa was bland; the steak was marginally tender but bland; the shrimp was also bland. My H2O was not refilled until I asked and that is a must service for me that my water glass is refilled without my asking. We sat at the bar. When the bill came, it wasn't itemized with the additional cost of the shrimp and 1 entree cost $40. Sour cream & other accompaniments were an additional charge which we didn't get but for the price, it should have been included with the meal. Overall a bland meal with maybe too much lemon put on the entree. Disappointed.

Loved the food. Service could have been better, but it was busy. Maybe don't send part of the party to search the restaurant for their table. Especially when it's been made clear, we had never actually seen each other before. Thank gawd for text messaging.

Went here before a concert at the Harris. When I went there before the rice was cilantro lime, and this time it was just a basic Spanish rice. I wasn't aware of the change. We ordered guacamole and we've seen it in the past where they make it at your table and it was brought to us pre-made yesterday. I'm not sure what's different but the tortillas were just a different texture as well as flavor. So to me I give it a 3/5 when before if you asked me I would have given this a 10/5. I'm a local I've celebrated multiple events at this restaurant. But it has been some time since I've been there and this time it was just really disappointing. Not sure if I'll pick that the next time I'm up there as my top pick. Was definitely disappointed

Celebrated my mom's birthday at the Laughlin location. We had high expectations given the name and representation. The food was not good and no one finished their plate. The staff was very friendly, but the service was mediocre, maybe there was a shortage of staff, but we had one waitress who seemed to be very overwhelmed. We were a party of eight and we were put in a back patio that was enclosed where the larger parties are placed for seating. The ambiance is not at all what is presented in the inside of the restaurant where it's much prettier. The drinks were okay. The Mango Margarita was good. The Strawberry Margarita's were not. We ordered guacamole and chips, the avocados tasted as if they were going bad and there was no flavor. Plates ranged from fajitas to tacos and chicken quesadillas, the meat was flavorless and had absolutely no seasoning, there was a special salsa that you had to pay extra to order, which we did and it was just, well, to be blunt, disgusting. The meat had a lot of fat and gristle. It just was not at all good. Would never go back and completely disappointed. It was a chore just to get reservations. So being that in addition to the name and how difficult it was to get reservations, my expectations were that, the food must be great and this must be a really great restaurant! We were all excited to try it. Guy Fieri is supposed to be a well-renowned chef. I can't imagine that this is the standard that would be acceptable for his food. Will never go back and extremely disappointed.

We had exceptional service from the server, & her helper, who kept our salsa filled, which isn't easy because we always need more salsa! His steak fajitas were perfect, as we're my fish tacos. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience! dh ?

Ordered fajitas and besides having no flavor they were the toughest pieces of chicken I ever tried to eat. It was horrible and I will never go back. If you are going to sell a franchise to your business, Guy Fieri, you should spot check that they are not making a farce out of your name. Just my opinion.

Just like everyone else was expecting off the wall outstanding food. Very disappointing. I had the street tacos, very cold tortillas beans and rice no flavor and bland. Our server was great very attentive. Over priced and over hyped in my opinion.
