Guy Fieri?s El Burro Borracho

Only providing three small tortillas with a Fajita dinner isn't enough. Them to charge additional for a few more is nickeling and dimeing customers.

During our recent visit to Laughlin for my husband's birthday, we were excited to dine at Guy Fieri's El Burro Borracho, as the food is always fantastic and once again, it did not disappoint. However, the service this time around was quite the opposite. It was evident that the server was overwhelmed, managing no fewer than 22 tables single-handedly. Despite the challenging circumstances, he remained remarkably calm and composed, deserving recognition for his admirable demeanor. It was clear that the restaurant may not have anticipated the large Monday night crowd, which unfortunately led to a less than ideal birthday experience for us. Guy Fieri, you would be disheartened to see many of your customers waiting excessively just to get a cocktail or settle their bills. We hope that in the future, better preparations are made to ensure a more pleasant dining experience for all.

We always look forward to the trashcan nachos, but we're disappointed that you replaced the Carnitas with ground beef

We have dined here several times in the past and we have always had an awesome experience . The service this time was over the top with our server Bo. She was so efficient and friendly. We never had to ask for anything after placing our order. The best server that we have had in a long time. The food is also great. Can't say enough positive things about this restaurant. Try it , you wont be disappointed .

We where seated promptly. The waiter was very attentive. The food came out fast. It was very good.

along with the rest of Harrah's this restaurant shows wear. menus are torn, upholstery torn, table, seats, condiments where we were seated were filthy. We ate here when they first opened and love this restaurant. This change, along with the whole casino, is sad to see. The food and service were very good. Show Guy's uniqueness. I wonder if he has been by to see this recently.

It was great. We walked in took us to our table waited on us right away and the food was delicious.

Our group travels to Laughlin every year for the past 10 years for a golf outing. We hold our final night dinner at Guy Fieri's El Burro Boracho every year. The food & service is always outstanding. Our server, I wish I knew her name, goes way above and beyond excellent to accommodate us. We have had the same server for the past few years and she is outstanding.

I had the chicken fajita and it was very bland with little to no seasoning. Would not order it again. The frozen margaritas and salsa were to die for. Best dang margarita I ever had and the salsa had just the right amount of heat (but the nachos were stale). I watch Guy Fieri on Food Network all the time and he should be ashamed of himself to serve such mediocre food.

I think the food quality has deteriorated. It might be time for Guy to stop bye his own restaurant and see if it still makes the cut.

If you're in Laughlin for an event in town , this is a great place to start off your evening of entertainment.

Excellent food! Best Mexican I have ever had! The service was also excellent! Bo was a wonderful server:) Have the queso and the Birria Tacos! Wish it was closer! Yum

I have hearing issues so when there is excess noise it makes it difficult to hear and understand the servers and company,

I was the only one who ordered a Mexican hamburger, it was mushy, didn't taste good and the hamburger was burned. The others at my table said their food was okay

Always eat here when we stay Harrah's Laughlin. Staff very friendly and prices are pretty reasonable.
