1st off Grover needs to learn how to treat his customers with respect when they do nothing wrong. I was outside on the sidewalk talking to my mom bc I got 86s for saying a cuss word and he got in my face and was screaming and spitting in my face. That he don't like me so he 86s my mom and her husband for talking to me outside. They need to learn customer service really bad.

Got asked to leave because I was talking to people outside that the manager didn't like. I'll never go back. Can't get Corporate number . Hopefully Grover will get fired soon!
Every time I have ever gone to this place in the evening or night time hours every machine has someone sitting at it. This last time many of the ppl were not even playing just taking up space where someone else could have been playing. We turned around and walked out once we noticed the amount of ppl not playing the machine n front of them…!!!

Really like this place , it's close to home and Kent the graveyard guy is very cool and helpful I too, he works the same shift as me so it's nice to just go in and chill before going home and he gets how I feel after a night in a bar ?
