Terrible management. Yesterday they had no ice and did not tell us when ordering drinks and had knowledge of this. Had a major attitude when we asked for money back. SMH…… update:Saturday September 20,2025. It’s been a while since I’ve been here, this place still sucks! I ordered a Big Mac with ketchup and mustard instead of Big Mac sauce. When I got my burger it was drowned in ketchup and had no mustard. I returned to the counter and requested another one with no sauce at all. The second one I received had a meat patty that was so thin, it looked like it was scraped off in the middle (ridiculous)! So this time I asked for a manager, and showed her the Big Mac. She told the same idiots to re-make the Big Mac again. This time it had a half a piece of cheese on the bottom bun and one patty had a hole in the middle. So I just left the Big Mac there and went on about my business. I didn’t ask for a refund because I think I would have lost my cool if they said no… I should’ve known because it was a bunch of kids working there laughing and looking at me when they were supposed to be making my order correctly….. never going back no matter how many years go by

For the past 3 summer I tried to buy ice cream at aguarius location.sorry the machine broken!this is the answer ,it's 100+outside .So fix it or get a new one I said,the manager answered I don't do the buying!As a retired restaurant manager I don't get it .

LONG WAITS & INACCURATE ORDERS… I’m a little perplexed at how this McDonald’s could take so long completing your order and by the end of your visit give you the wrong order or forget items. This was the case with our order and my Dad was visibly upset over this.
It’s a shame they don’t have a better system at this McDonald’s found inside the Aquarius Casino as it’s certainly convenient. It’s a clean, modern location too! I’m willing to give them a chance again if they get it together. Lots of families visit this spot in the morning so be prepared to wait regardless of what day it is.
What did I eat? I had an oatmeal and orange juice, they both hit the spot!

Well it was 4 in the morning and I was trying to use my app. Wasn't working so I showed the guy at⁰ the counter. He ended up honoring the points and was extremely helpful and polite. His name is Denmark and he deserves a raise. Amazing service and great at his job.

We ordered a couple of double cheese burgers and a hot and spicy and one of the double cheese burgers, that was for my son, had a shit ton of hair in it! Like they legit dropped it on the floor and used it!!! Terrible!!! Will not be going back there at all.
You are forced to use the kiosks which is fine. But they don't honor the kiosk value deals that show on there. When they stated they don't do the bogo $1, I told them their kiosk states they do. The manager could care less.

This is the worst McDonald's in the Bullhead City Az area, food doesn't look appealing, service is rude and nasty attitudes, personal hygiene needs major help at checkout, tables smell like old dirty rags, being from Oak Brook Illinois Home to McDonald's Headquarters where you get outstanding customer friendly service and yummy food, this Laughlin Nevada store should be closed
