The service was great. The food was excellent. Atmosphere was exactly as we like it, quiet and dim. Our server, Jeff, was absolutely amazing! Great job and very friendly and attentive. Zee also a server helped Jeff a few times, and he was much appreciated. We will definitely go back if we go back to Avi.

I went to Moon Shadow Restaurant with my family because it was the only dine-in option available at the time. When we arrived, our waitress, Samantha, told us that since we had a large party, she would have to seat us at two separate tables with two separate checks. I said that was fine.

However, the restaurant was nearly empty, so I was surprised by how long everything was taking. When it was finally our turn to be seated, Samantha placed us at two tables that were quite far apart. I mentioned that the distance seemed a bit much and asked if we could move to a different table so we could all sit together, especially since we had kids with us.

Instead of trying to help, Samantha stormed off angrily and muttered “GOD” under her breath. She then grabbed a tray and started slamming plates and utensils around. It made us extremely uncomfortable, especially because other guests started noticing her attitude toward us.

I’ve dined at many upscale and high-end restaurants, and I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully. We came out hoping to enjoy a nice time with friends and family, but Samantha’s behavior really put a damper on the evening. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend Moon Shadow Restaurant to anyone planning to dine with their family.

Won’t go back! We went for our second time a few weeks ago because it was good the first time. We ordered the steak 2 for $60 and steak was awful but the rest was good. The worst part was when paying, I wanted to use my points on card to pay. The waitress said that was fine but wanted us to give her $60 cash as well in case there wasn’t enough points so she wouldn’t have to make another trip to our table. We thought that was strange but did as she asked. When she returned to our table she said there were enough points on card and to sign a receipt. Never got a copy so I don’t know how many points she took. The bad part was she only returned $40 of the $60 she wanted in cash!! My husband didn’t want to make a scene so we didn’t say anything but beware! Because of this we won’t go back.

This is not mac n cheese sad face. Everything else was excellent. Crab cakes were cooked beautifully. Pita chips for spinart was amazing. Chicken Alfredo was a great bite. Bread basket was even good. The cornbread shines, but once again this is not mac n cheese

We came here for dinner last night and were seated right away. Beautiful ambiance and the table service was excellent.

It did take a while to get our food but the bread basket was good and appreciated. The Chicken Marsala amazing! It was tender and the sauce was really good. My baked potato was kind of cold though so that was disappointing. My husband got their burger and said it was really good, one of the best he’s had.

All in all a really great date night place that feels classy with great service.

The prime rib was awesome. Very tasty and cooked to perfection, the atmosphere was good and the table lennons were nice, great service and comfortable. We will be going back 👍

Excellent! Came here for my birthday because I was working out of town for a week out here and I would highly recommend. Excellent service excellent food I had a great time here! Thank you so much!!! They plate the food in a spectacular way it was lovely.

Deserves a better ranking than the actual 3,6. We really enjoyed our food, the service as well as the ambiance. No need to search another place for dinner outside the hotel

I am literally sitting here as I write this and I can say that the server Jeff is absolutely amazing. Not only has he taken such great care of us, but we even came with our 9 year old daughter, and he made her happier than ever. Food was great as well. Not our first time here, but by far our best experience thus far. I would highly recommend ... and ask for Jeff!

Been in Fort Mohave for 5 months. Ate at several nice places. This was the nicest and best service of all of them. And the food was excellent. Highly recommend!

No Service. We stood at the podium for five minutes and have four different wait staff walk by and make eye contact with us, and then completely ignore us. Never got acknowledged or seated. There were three couples in the entire restaurant! They were not busy. We gave up and left. I'm not dropping $150 for dinner at a place with such poor service.

We had gone to moon shadow for a meet and greet dinner on Thursday Oct 19th evening at 5pm. We had reservations and pre ordered our meals. I'm not sure about the others, because I didn't want to have any others know how bad me and my husband's meals were. Besides the meal taking an hour or so to get everything was awful! My husband ordered the ribs with garlic potatoes. His ribs were so very dried out, that when you bit in to them the meat crumbled in a dried mess and the garlic potatoes had soooo much garlic they were inedible. I ordered the steak and also the garlic potatoes, again the potatoes were such a strong garlic they also were inedible. The steak was eeh ok, tender and all but the entire meal was cold. I would have felt embarrassed to return our meal, so we just didn't eat. I also ordered a bloody mary, OMG it was awful! Whoever the bartender was did not know how to make bloody Mary's. It was so watered down and I didn't even think there was any alcohol in it. Also there was nothing in it, there was no celery salt, no celery stock, no olives. The only thing I got was a slice of lime on the rim of my glass. I'm not sure I would want to go there again, UGH!

My beautiful wife and I had her birthday dinner here and we were very impressed. The service was incredible, the food was amazing and we had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this restaurant.
