Wow!! We vacation each year on the Colorado River and for the first time, my family stayed at the Avi Resort this summer. The resort is on the river and has great entertainment for children. We stopped at Panda Express our first night there. The lady serving us was super friendly and remarkably patient as my children pondered the multiple food choices. We also noticed the cleanliness of the restaurant and tables as compared to other vendors in the food court, which prompted us to return several times over our five day stay. The last day we found out that Diana Perez was the store manager, and had been the lady that served us with that big smile the first night. Wonderful experience and our kids can’t wait to go back to the Avi to eat at Panda Express next summer!

The Panda Express at the Avi Casino is terrible. The whole staff treats my Asian wife very bad. Don't want to get races here, but all the Hispanics get double and triple servings while my wife gets a spoon full. We've mentioned this on many occasions. The manager (District or store manager, I don't who or what she is) has been told. Nothing is done about it. This happens all the Time. I say if employees are willing and going to give more food to someone do it for All. You probably need to fire everyone who works at the Panda Express. I've Complained about this before. I will try and take pictures and videos if possible. And Stop asking to Donate Money. I Donate to who I want. I don't need people begging me. Who Ever Reads this Needs to Do Something About It. It's Absolutely Terrible.

This was my only horrible experience from Panda Express. The food was so awful that I just needed to speak out. My grilled chicken was nothing short of a pile of fat with zero flavor. The noodles tasted like cardboard and extremely dry and stuck together. I got broccoli beef as well, which was the better of the three. I'm not sure I will try it again. The meal went straight into the trash. I hope this is not the new normal.
Food was fresh and hot, service was friendly it's inside of the AVI casino so noisy and you get entertained by the people walking by in bathing suits. Drinks are awful so go next door to get your drink.

Seems like Panda Express has changed some of their product and you can tell the difference in the taste the chicken has more better than chicken especially the Orange

came in at 7 o’clock didn’t hardly have anything prepared, offered to make me fresh teriyaki chicken, which gave me violent food poisoning. Somebody really needs to learn how to do their job the right way they even shorted me on the food. And charge the arm and a leg for it not recommended.
