I was hoping for a restaurant, but it turned out to be a food court full of screaming kids and it all echoed and added to the horrible experience. Experience. The food is definitely overpriced, extremely bland and everything was à la carte. I was hoping for a nice Italian restaurant but I was extremely disappointed.

This restaurant has changed so much in the past few years. It used to be a nicely appointed Italian themed place with red table cloths and warm atmosphere, but now...no. They remodeled the place to look like a food court with no private tables. The food choices are extremely limited and the soft drink prices are the same as a movie theater. It's a horrible disfiguration of what Passaggios used to be. So sad.

We met the family for a nice Italian dinner. They have a salad and soup buffet that is very nice and filing. The pizzas a re fantastic and very reasonable. You a great menu choice to pick from.

The pizza is the absolute best!!!! The pasta on the other hand is VERY mediocre. Had the lasagna and the spaghetti and meatballs and neither was very good. The bread sticks are the bomb and we had 2 baskets of them, absolutely delicious! The service was fair to poor. Would go back for the pizza and bread sticks.UPDATED reviewUnfortunately this restaurant changed. It is no longer the nice full service restaurant it used to be. It is now order at the counter and they only have certain puzzas which you cannot modify. Not worth the stop anymore.

Weak pizza especially for $4.99 a slice. Lettuce for $9.00. Unfortunately we were in a Rush to get to the concert so we have no choice but to eat here inside Tropicana Hotel.

Yikes. Came here and ordered a veggie primavera pizza slice, pepperoni slice and their just salad supposedly made with "fresh" greens. What a disappointment. I get served a week old looking container of brownish shredded iceburg lettuce with old mushy tomatoes and horrible tasting cucumbers. 6 dollars for this garbage. The veggie pizza wasn't bad but the pepperoni was burnt to a crisp. Also the girl at the register acted like she hated her life. Not coming here again. Pretty pricey for trailer park food.

$15 - $20 pizzas, not other Italian food. No one was there ever, the food just looks bad and is very expensive just like everything else in Laughlin

If you love Italian the way my family does then this is the place for you. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable I took my mother in law out for her birthday with the whole family and just had a great time. I recommend this place for special occasions nor just anytime:)

We knew Passiagos when they waited on you, had a salad bar, garlic bread included, good food and reasonable prices in a nice atmosphere. If you expect this now you will be highly disappointed as we were. Now there is no garlic bread unless you pay $7 for it, side salads that are chopped up iceberg with packet dressing that you pay for (no more salad bar, ever again they said), no more bottomless pasta bowl (btw the fettuccine was the most plain we have ever had)... very disappointed. The atmosphere has been ruined and feels like a cafeteria with no waiters or waitresses. We love Tropicana but won't EVER, EVER eat here again. One employee of the casino walked up to us while we were eating and when we gave our opinion (they asked) their response was, well the changes are results of COVID and we are a "to go" place now. We were also told the limit of one bowl of pasta (like I mentioned, no more bottomless) was "to help watch portions for some of us"... how rude, even if he thought it was a joke. It's just bland food and not worth it. Save your time and money. I usually don't write bad reviews but this was worthy of it.

I ordered chicken Alfredo and what I got was like frozen dinner. The children tasted like boiled chicken. My husband ordered meat lover but it was more like a card board pizza' Where is the meat'. Also, we bought a cup of fountain drink for $3.99 not even close to full and no refill. I used to love the old restaurant. Very very disappointed. Do not want eat there again!

Wife & I got the Shrimp Scampi. Not Bad, reasonable. Portions could have been bigger. Seem portions have been downsized since we last ate there.

Years ago, this was a terrific Italian restaurant with a wide-ranging menu of pizza, pasta, and outstanding Italian favorites that I can't spell, all at prices that reflected the quality and service. Sadly the only thing left are the prices. $9.99 for a six-inch meatball sub. Also $9.99 for an "Italian" salad--in a plastic tub, with a plastic packet of salad dressing and three 1-ounce plastic cups of grated cheese (that suspect came out of a green Kraft cardboard container), six or seven small slices of pepperoni, and some pickled assorted beans. Also $9.99, an "Italian beef dip" sub. Do you see a pattern? There is a selection of fountain drinks or bottled iced tea or beer. The beer selection is mostly light beers with one import--Corona, in an "Italian" place! Ok, I've dumped on this place pretty harshly. This reflects, I'm afraid, my sadness at what used to be. The rolls for our subs and the garlic knots were most-likely prepared onsite and quite good. The staff that we interacted with were welcoming, cheerful, and possibly the best part of our visit. Nice, nice folks! What used to be awesome table service--they even had a singing waiter for awhile, is now counter service. Place your order, find your table, and pick up your meal when they call your number. What used to be an amazing Italian restaurant is now a decent sandwich, pizza, pasta shop. Okay for a stop after a day on the lake or to start an evening in the casino, but I can't recommend it for a romantic meal. Hey, Caesar's, can you bring back the old Passagio?

We will get a comment well its COVID and they are a to go place now. It's not that. We were told it was to watch portions for some of us, as well... rude. It's just bland food and not worth it.
