This is in the Tropicana in Laughlin. Nice spot, I got a sub and sat in the cor6to watch a football game. Sub was ok, but nothing special.

The gentleman who helped me is why the 5 stars. He was very accommodating I wish I would have read the bad review about the pastrami before I ordered it because that review was spot on. NO FLAVOR small thin slices. The brownie wasn't fresh in fact hard around the edges.

Saturday October 11th around 2 pm I went is in to purchase some food for my daughter who is vegetarian. The staff (2 men and 1 lady) went above and beyond and were so accommodating and kind. I have never received such great customer service. I appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. Thank you so very much! I am definitely going to return the next time I come for vacation. Thank you again.

The pastrami on my sandwich was the worst deli meat I've ever been served. All of the veggies are wilted, see photo. While I was waiting for my order one of the employees pulled out a container of shredded lettuce and covered over the wilted and browning lettuce in the bottom, which I'm pretty sure is a health code violation. I had to repeat myself a number of times when they listened to me at all, they would just start making a sandwich without asking how I wanted it; ended up with the wrong cheese on one sandwich but after awhile it's just not worth the effort. One employee asked if my grilled cheese was cooked enough I said no so she put it back in the oven hit some buttons but never turned it back on and didn't ask a second time. Neither employee knew when they should replace their plastic gloves wearing them like a part of their uniform, another health code violation and why I will always think of this chain as the Port of food borne illness.

Got 4 foot long veggies Asked for subs to be toasted with cheese only then veggies put on. Of course they could not figure that out burned the first two and as they pulled them out and set them on the counter continuing to ask what veggies!
